Mark arrived early on in the time window they gave me for arrival, he thoroughly explained my options and pricing and looked at my carpets with me for problem areas. He was done with the cleaning pretty quickly, but you could tell he was very thorough in his work - especially on the stairs. He explained how long I should wait to put furniture and things back on the carpets and recommendations. He was very friendly and personable and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Crowley Carpet Cleaning saved me from having to pay out an extreme amount in our home which is on a military base. They were right on time, affordable, and made sure the carpet was thoroughly cleaned and all stains were removed. I would highly recommend this company over any of the others here in the Colorado Springs area. Especially to those who live on base. This is way better service than that of the one that is provided on base for an outrageous price and for a less than satisfactory performance.

Im happy to say that Crowley Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job removing some pet stains. My carpet is only 6 months old but my sons dog became sick and left me with 2 very nasty stains. Mark came out right away and was able to remove most of the stain. However, after the carpet dried there was some residual stain left in one spot. I contacted Crowley Carpet Cleaning and they returned the next day. Mark arrived early and was able to removed it . Everyone that I spoke to and dealt with from Crowley Carpet Cleaning were very polite and professional. I will use them again soon to clean all the carpet.

I got a last minute reminder from my property management company two days before my exit date that I was required to have the carpets professionally cleaned. George and Crowley Carpet Cleaning are amazing! Our pup is 10 years old and sometimes cant make it to the door in time. To let us know, he has to pee. Fortunately for George, we dont have to worry about the carpet smelling or staying dirty for long! Once we call him, he knows its an emergency and he make time right away for us. Its only been 4 times in 6 months. Surely, George is a life saver!

After an absolutely ridiculous, terrible experience, I have to question the authenticity of the other reviews. Made an appointment for 10am. Call at 10:30 since nobody showed up. Phil who doesnt care who his supervisor is, says they scheduled us for a 10 to 12 slot. Okay, not what we expected but were willing to wait. A woman calls 30 minutes later, says Technician couldnt get ahold of you (I didnt get any calls other than hers), but she claims they are on the way and will arrive before 12pm. 10 minutes later, technician calls to say sorry we couldnt make your 8 to 10 time window, AND I cant come until 3 or 4 now. I didnt realize scheduling a carpet cleaning appointment with a company who allegedly cleans carpets, was so difficult for them. 4 different people, all giving inaccurate information and finally failing to show up. Thanks so much for wasting our time!!
