Extremely unprofessional! Signed a contract but they never called to set the service time only to cancel and say they couldnt work within our time restrictions (7am-5 pm) which was discussed with the sales rep in detail before we ever signed a contract. Nobody ever called to tell us they werent servicing us either. After 2 weeks we contacted them to be told theyd follow up and see why we werent contacted. Next response was an email that they cant service us due to the time restrictions. Signed it Best of Luck. A waste of 2 weeks I could have been using another service.

Very poor customer service and management. When trying to complain about quality of service, kept getting different names to talk to, which were never available. Sent e-mails to numerous people to discuss services and billing, never received a response. Sent e-mail to cancel service, also never received a response. Would not recommend their services.

I called their Downers Grove location accidentally (wrong number). The guy who answered, once he realized I was calling the wrong company entirely, just said were coverall and hung up on me. Now I know that I cant review the quality of their work, but based on the quality of their customer service I wouldnt hire them or recommend them.Even if Im not a customer, anyone who calls could be a potential customer. I now view this company negatively and would go with a different company if I ever needed the services they provide.Friendly customer service people can go a LONG way.

Mary called almost everyday requesting a meeting with me to get services started (that I did not request), and after over 2 weeks of calls and messages she thought the best thing to do was to call my office every hour for 5 hours. I run a VERY busy animal hospital and the fact that she called every hour and tied up phone lines when I was obviously was either not interested in their services or BUSY, just shows that this company doesnt care about a potential new client and only cares about their sales. This is exactly why I will NEVER use corporate services, its not personal and they have no respect for others time!

This is an unethical company. They quoted us, gave us a contract, and then couldnt seem to find a franchisee that wanted to clean our office. Then called back and said that they wanted another 60% more, instead of eating their error. Its probably another bait and switch. STAY AWAY from them!

My contract ended with Coverall Chicago January 2016. It is now the end of March 2016 and I still havent received the keys to my medical office. Ive called their office several times with no help. Each time its a different excuse on where the keys are. At this point I believe they have lost my keys. I now have to change the locks or rekey the office. I have also withheld their last payment in exchange for my keys which it doesnt look like Im going to get. They are now demanding their last payment but still no mention of the keys. What ever happened to good customer service? What ever happen to making sure the customer is happy? I hate bad customer service! People just dont care anymore. I am still holding out hope that Coverall will do whats right and offer to pay for having the locks rekeyed or changed since they are the ones who lost the keys. Thats what I get for not reading the reviews. Lesson learned!
