We have been satisfied with the service we have received from your company since we purchased our new heat pump, heat ex-changer and water heater a few years ago. We have experienced some problems with the heat pump and ex-changer on two separate occasions but your technicians worked diligently both times to solve the problems. We are happy to see them when we need them but hope we will have no further problems with this fairly new equipment.

I shopped a couple of the other big name dealers, one never returned my calls and the other offered me a lessor system for more money. The people from Santos Heating & Cooling didnt play silly games with the price, even after lowering it three times the other estimate was still higher than this company. The workers were right on time, and finished a couple hours earlier than I expected. They replaced my a/c and heater and installed a new thermostat.

I love this company. This is the second time I have called their tech to fix our AC. He came out a few years ago and made a minor repair and was honest and trustworthy. These guys are my heroes! The repair man who came out told me we needed a new furnace and contacted. Santos Heating & Cooling, the salesman, told me theyd be able to come out the next day to install a new one. They arrived the next day and they were great. We called Santos Heating & Cooling after substandard performance from another Lennox Certified service provider. Setting up the service visit was night and day with Santos Heating & Cooling. Very professional and communicated via text messages to keep us updated. They found a problem with a valve that had been missed by the other company and fixed it right away. The technician was very efficient and took care of the problem immediately. We will switch to Santos Heating & Cooling for ongoing service.

A real first class operation. Danny was our sales person and he was knowledgeable and personable. We just had them come out and install our new mini-split system. I called several companies for my water heater tank repair and all them recommended a new installation to resolve the issue, since the unit was old. When I was almost giving up, a friend recommended Santos Heating & Cooling and I’m happy I gave them a try. They came promptly, checked out the tank, and explained how they were going fix the issue, but were very honest with us. They explained the unit will not serve for long we should start budgeting for a new one. It’s been two months since the water heater tank was fixed and still performing perfectly. I’m planning to replace the old unit and Will definitely use them. Highly recommended.

Denny is wonderful! He securely installed my large AC unit in my slanted windowsill, cleaned my filter, and gave me tips to winterize it. I did not expect that our old AC unit could be repaired.They actually did it! Very good service company; my AC unit broke down and the tech who repaired it last told us it wont be repaired again .I am happy to announce that the AC is going strong after Danny worked on it. He had the necessary parts when he arrived and finished the job in time.

Furnace went out over the weekend, tech called and walked me through how to keep the heat going till Monday because they wouldnt be able to get the part till Monday which helped me save money on costs.
