Josh and his crew came to give me an estimate on a water heater replacement. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. However the water heaters Breeze Cooling & Heating use are more upscale than what I need, so I will not be purchasing from them. I do use them for my heating and air conditioning maintenance, and they do a great job!

My experience was great! Ive never had to deal with anyone to work on my AC before and I wont use anyone else!! On time professional! He took his time to explain to me what the issue was and even looked at a what turned out to be useless extra furnace in my garage. My AC was fixed same day and I am very thankful I also never felt pressured to chose to go one route vs another!

Josh and team were the three guys that helped during our install. They were extremely respectful of my house and me working from home, during these COVID times. This is a scam company. I asked for a technician to come check on my A/C. The guy showed up in a pick up truck with no tools of any kind. Looked at the unit, took pics with his cell phone and said the fan motor needs replacement. He estimated the cost of the motor at $1400. Then asked for a deposit of $400 to start the process. As I didn’t know better I gave a cheque. Same evening my friend recommended another HVAC tech. He showed up next morning, repaired the a/c in about 10 mins and asked for $150. I have since cancelled my cheque but they are refusing to provide the evidence that they have voided the cheque. Instead they have sent me 3 invoices for $1400, $400 and $125. Inspite of several phone calls no one is responding and no one is providing info for any of the managers. There is no email ids available.

Just moved into a new townhouse and had to have the AC condensor and coil replaced. Had 5 contractors come out for estimates. Walley came out and gave me a free estimate. Walley and his team showed up and did the whole thing in one day, on budget, and left my basement and backyard perfectly clean! Great family owned business. Very professional. Your representative was the best, most professional individual that has come to service my unit. I have had issues in the past and the repair persons spent more time trying to up sell me from charging more for free on to showcasing new units than actually servicing my air conditioner. Josh from Breeze company did a great job fixing my AC unit. He was extremely quick and honest. He thought originally that I needed a part for the motor, and I was prepared to pay for that but after taking the unit apart to install one of the pieces, he saw that it didnt need the extra part so he didnt charge me for it. Overall, very fast, friendly and honest. I will be working with them again.

Breeze Cooling & Heating sent Josh to fix the problem right away. He fixed the problem and then did some more checking on the rest of the system. He was efficient courteous and fun.
