I’d been a customer of this lady for years which out of respect her name will not be mentioned …Not only did she charge a lot of money for taxes but when you start having issues with the IRS or when you need information.This person doesn’t answer calls or messages even if you go in person your request are completely ignored.Truly very disappointed, two things they have to learn in order to make business. One is respect the clients time I’m paying for my services and paying a lot to be ignored when I need information and the other is communication.If you don’t have the time help your clients then do not promote a business.

Claudia is so unprofessional, she doesn’t answer, she did my taxes for 2019 now were in 2021 and I haven’t received anything yet. She doesn’t answer, she keeps saying is processing but nothing has been done.

Claudia Toro has a horrible sense of professionalism. We’ve made several appointments to get some tax issues resolved as she filed our taxes incorrectly and she put the tax returns to the wrong account. After several attempts at trying to reach her to rectified this, she continues to confirm appoints and at the time of the appointment she is a no call no show.Very unprofessional do not go here!
