VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! VERY DISPLEASED!! After 2 months of “preparing” Tammy emailed me asking for duplicates of information I already provied her. She said she shredded them because they appeared to be copies. At first communication was good but after a month TERRIBLE! 2 weeks to respond to my email that I sent with questions about my taxes. When I expressed that I was frustrated with all the problem that were Reoccurring. She told me our personalities don’t work and she would like to refer me to someone else! I’m not paying you to be FRIENDS!! I paying you to do my Taxes. We exchanged a FEW! Emails strictly questions about my taxes so you have no clue about my personality and what does that have to do with business!? Complete Waste of time going on almost 3 months!!
