Missed our trash pickup 2 weeks in a row! Last weeks trash was already stinking up the house, now they didnt pick up again today! They are saying they cant pick up until next week again. Thats what they said last week!!! Bre said driver came down at 9 and there was no trash. Has been out since 5 am. Please see pic and tell me how you couldnt see this? lol

They’re unorganized, rude, and unprofessional... I had their service a year and always paid early and called to ask them to move my service when I moved, and they said no and tried to tell me I owed them 100 dollars from 2008... I was like no way I didn’t even live at that house anymore in 2008 and I had no trash service when I lived there I took my trash over to my moms when I did... I remember, cuz it was torture... They were like no you can’t have service... I’m like I have had service all year, I’m moving, it’s time to prepay my next bill and I’m not going to be at this address I’m moving... Refused me to move service on a made up 13 year old amount, after I had it all year and always prepaid it... I would report them if I knew how because you’re not even legally allowed to collect on a past debt in Ohio after 8 years as it is but that isn’t even mine they serviced me all year and never even mentioned it...

Through the winter, when there is snow on the ground, we have seen the truck go up our road and leave our trash. We understand that there are times it is not safe for the drivers and trucks to go out but this has been happening outside of those times. They have not picked up the trash for 3 weeks and will not give credit for the weeks where our garbage was not picked up. I do not recommend this service.

I think they do a great job. They take furniture and other big items. Always courteous when I call.Thanks for your service!

I own a business use kimble they did not pick up on Monday it is Tuesday and dumpster is over flowing called customer service and they said you will have to wait another week nice service you provide and you still bill us for lame service we asked the truck driver for a new dumpster big holes always picking up trash

Horrible they constantly are skipping the house if there is a lot of garbage. I have called to complain many times.

Have had their garbage and recycling service for years. I’m happy with the service and pricing.

Very bad customer service. Always leaves garbage laying around.

Very rude drivers they see you bringing can to roadside and will pass you right up and then have to wait for following week for pick up.

Keep skipping my road and then tell me something entirely different every time I call in. Literally the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with.

This has been a horrible company to have as a trash service. Extremely inconsistent with their pick up times, leaves trash can in the road leaves trash sitting in my driveway that was bagged. Always leaves remnants of pieces of trash laying around the can. I have taken multiple pictures of the results of trash pick up. Does the same at all my neighbors house’s.... Would not recommend them
