Overpriced & sloppy. Drivers consistently left rubbish behind on property despite being a weekly trash removal service. Dumb upcharges for taking cardboard and recycling. Avoid and use their competition instead.

Well they charge okay.. I was asked not to put loose trash, okay I did put in bag and still left it behind which lead to give them 3 star

I called this business twice and left a detailed message over a weeks span. I was looking for junk removal. I asked for a call back, also sent an email. NO RESPONSE! I do not recommend any business that doesnt have the courtesy to return a phone call. Especially from a potential customer. Too bad I would have provided them with a lot of business.

I called him at 9 in the morning. He said would be here sometime after 2. He called me at 2:15. Said he would be here in half an hour. He was on time. He was courteous and nice. Took him 15 minutes to remove chair. Yes I would call him again. I also will recommend him to everyone who needs this type of service.

I contacted Beacon Waste to help clean out my home while we prepared for a move. They were very responsive to my scheduling request, arrived on time, and had an entire garage full of items loaded on their truck within 30 minutes. Their price was very fair and exactly as quoted - you only pay for the space on the truck that you use. They also separated some items that were recyclable and loaded them into a separate truck. Highly recommend Beacon Waste for any trash removal needs.

Scott was right on time and was able to get rid of a pile of junk that filled his entire truck in less than 30 minutes! It was nice being able to speak with the owner himself when making the appointment, rather than leave a message with someone else and have it get lost or forgotten. His prices are great and much cheaper than buying a million Dover stickers for each item. I will definitely recommend him to others!!!

Scott came to the rescue when the Bagster folks would not come and pick up all our renovation waste because our driveway was too narrow for their truck. Scott answered the phone himself, called to confirm the pickup time, came when he said he would, cleaned out all our construction waste in the time he said it would take him and at the price he quoted. Scott is professional and pleasant to work with. I wont hesitate to hire him again.

I was wrong, anyone that read my last comment, after speaking with the owner Scott I realized that my anger was directed at the wrong company, although I have never used this company if they are half as good at picking up trash as they are at dealing with angry idiots that dont know what theyre talking about then they must do a fantastic job. Awesome, called him on a Saturday because my landlord said I want that couch gone this weekend. He showed up the next day on a Sunday!!! Perfect, will do business again.

Scotts Rubbish Removal provided excellent service. Found him on Google searching for trash removal after contacting another removal service (to date never heard from that company). My junk was picked up within 24 hours.

We do estate cleanouts and we were not able to fit the rest of the contents in our pick up truck we live over an hour away so we called Scott rubbish removal at the last minute and they went there they were very efficient And removed all the rubbish that was left in the garage and remove Ina very timely fashionJob well done we will definitely use them again thank you so much
