Eric is a great person with the gift of intelligence. His computer knowledge is A+ and it shows in his work. His prices are beyond fair and worth it. He is an honest business man. Personally, I called Eric because I dropped my laptop and needed a screen replacement quick. My laptop is a few years old and others that I called either wanted hundreds of dollars or told me it would take a while to find my part because of the age of my laptop. Eric simply told me to bring the laptop and it would be taken care of. The price was great. He greeted me with perfect professionalism and was extremely kind to me.
