I called this facility as a last minute decision due to a change in my moving plans and it has been one of the most pleasant experiences that Ive had. Betsy was very helpful and friendly over the phone. I explained a few details about my situation and she was able to give me a quote. The next day I went to go look at the unit and make a possible deposit. Again, I was met with a friendly deposition. The unit was perfect for what I needed and the location put my mind at ease. I have never rented a storage unit before and I have heard quite a few horror stories, but my skepticism and worries were quickly put to rest. It is tucked away from the main road and the whole area is gated. The owner also lives nearby, so that aided my thoughts also. I could not have asked for an easier, more pleasant experience. Betsy was wonderful and I am really looking forward to working with them in the next few months.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to keep their items safe.
