I lived here back in 2018-2019 when I was in college. I needed an off-campus apartment due to overcrowding at my school. It was a great experience overall and had no issues or complaints. At the time my mother and I were paying the bills and it would be hard sometimes to keep up. Woodcrest worked with us and communicated with us always. After moving out there was an issue that needed to be resolved with Woodcrest. The manager that now works there handled the situation with ease. After years of not living at Woodcrest she was still able to help me out. I thank everyone for their kindness and patience with my mother and I. I thank you also for providing a great living space in the time of need. I recommend anyone to stay here, it is a quiet, comfortable and nice place to live. Staff are great and won’t let you down. Thank you all again!

I never give reviews as positive as a person that I am but I absolutely have to! Justine and Dante are simply amazing! They went over and beyond with helping me through the whole process of successfully getting my apartment! The management team is super friendly and if you have any questions they will answer promptly. The apartments are clean and spacious. You dont have to worry about pest and you dont have to wait forever for maintenance. The apartment complex is very well managed and extremely clean and quiet! If you are looking for a beautiful home in a great neighborhood this is it...LOOK NO FURTHER! 💖☺

You cant beat the location! Close to the air force base, local stores and grocery without dealing with traffic. I love that it is tucked away in a surrounding neighborhood but still so close to everything.

Charged my friends an exorbitant fee for cleaning at the end of their lease and the apartment was left clean, no damaged walls and vacuumed carpet. Dunno where charges came from but it was crazy.

The Good: Woodcrest Dover, has amazing leasing consultants who moved me in for temporary lease before a pending military deployment.I recieved a 2 bed 1 1/2 bath. Ive not lived in it much due to military training but when I came back in June,The Bad: I was forced to move with a friend because of the attic like heat living on the top floor with no A.C and stale attic like hot smell. Maintenance hands are tied due to subcontracting workout. They gave me one AC unit for a two bedroom because it was to be repaired the next week, not. Now its July, I have two AC units that are fighting the heat in the day its 87 inside by 2am it gets to 76 best. Being military I can handle the hot summer my 6yr old cant (something to think on). Now that Im about to move out they will fix it for the next lease. I will see if they will adhere to months rent + security deposit before I change my rating.My Rating: Maintenance advised me mangement was informed of my living conditions . Thats infuriating! As I paid rent for a two bedroom attic no complaints.If you need a place thats what you get . If your looking for post lease customer service, updates, and real property solutions you may be disappointed.Thanks to the few Woodcrest staff/maintenance for showing empathy, I understand the economy of business.

Its a great development to live in, quiet neighborhood, hallways are always kept clean, and the management is excellent. If you have a problem, they make sure to take care of it right away. I would definitely recommend Woodcrest anytime. They really work with you when looking for the right apartment. They always try to involve the residents in contests, and just to appreciate them. I really love how they communicate with the residents.

I am very disappointed in Woodcrest as of today. For the past two days there have been projects going on the side of our buildings. Yesterday was banging on the windows or walls, today its being woken up by loud machines drilling into the ground, vibrating against our walls. If they knew their contractors or whatever were doing this, they should have informed their tenants that they would be rudely woken up at 7 IN THE MORNING by this project. its nice to know that they communicate with the tenants.

Amazing staff. They are really kind and meet all of your needs. I love living here.

Pros:- The front office is courteous and helpful. The help I received during my search for an apartment was great.- Spacious apartments (1B/1BA)- Well maintained grounds- So far it seems safe- Maintenance has been on top of everything I have requestedCons:- Thin walls. This has been a major adjustment for me and I absolutely cannot stand it anymore. My neighbor continues to blast his/her music at obnoxious hours of the night/early hours. Have I made complaints to the front office??? YES, twice, but I have yet to see a change. Idk what else to do.- You can hear the person walking above you. That may not be much of a problem for some but if the person above you has children then that may be quite annoying.

Bait and switch! Looking at the website these look decent. In person, OMG! I walked around the property and did a NO CALL no show for my viewing appointment. I am a current resident at sister property and cant believe this is the same company. The bldg hallways look like the projects, the grass areas have a crazy amount of flies, stray cats and the bldgs I saw were covered in dirt. I would be so embarrassed for people to visit me. IDC if the inside is nice or not. They can and need to do much better. Im so angry the complex recommended I transfer here.

Thin walls and floors I can clearly hear the neighbors conversations below me every day and night. The washer and dryer aren’t energy efficient and don’t dry the clothes after 3 cycles on high resulting in high energy bills.

I recently moved out last month, They made promises they did not hold up to... they charged me a RIDICULOUS charge for cleaning and carpet service as stated on the invoice. They hardly pick up the phone and they do not make you feel like a priority! Ms Carolina was so awesome! And once she left the management was horrible!!!! I was so disappointed with the service provided. My AC unit was not working the way it was suppose to but I kept being told NOTHING is wrong with it, so the summers was horrible!! I would not recommend this complex to anyone!- dissatisfied tenant

I have been living here for the last three years and this past year has been horrible although I really love the property manager we currently have the past 6 months has been hell I currently have an upstairs neighbor with four kids in a two bedroom apartment that all they do is make noise loud crashing screaming noises all hours of the day and night when I went the office to address this concern they told me to give them a chance to look into this I work 16hrs a day and haven’t been able to get any type of sleep I just don’t have peace here anymore also my ac is broken and I called the maintenance emergency line and was told because it’s not over 80 degrees they can’t come out until Monday if I pay 1009 a month for rent what does it cover I feel like we are just a number now I’m looking to leave asap just not worth it anymore
