We were so pleased with the initial visit of the electrician, that we scheduled additional projects we needed to have done. Once again, we were very satisficed with the electricians level of knowledge, courtesy and ability to complete the job quickly and efficiently on his second visit. Had some plumbing issues. Called messina to get it worked out. Plumbers came to my home looked at the issue and told me that I needed some new parts. They were suppose to be getting back to me as to when they would have the parts to fix the issue. No word back. I call a week later to get some information as to what is going on. They come back with parts that arent correct. I am told again that theyll get back to me. Which they have not.

Water line break between street and house. City turned off water the morning of July 3rd. Called several plumbing contractors..A couple said they were not able to help but three were willing to stop by and evaluate. Adam Pritchett from Messina stopped by within an hour of my call. He evaluated and was able to provide a written estimate within 45 minutes of his visit. To my astonishment his estimate included start and completion on the same day. He arrived with all required parts and proceeded to replace the main supply line to my house. He had to remove several shrubs and work around a fence but he accomplished the task in about 8 hours. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Only about 12 hours elapsed from the time the water was cut off until service was restored. I knew that the job would be relatively expensive, but I thought the cost was reasonable. My Fourth of July holiday was much better than I had anticipated as a result of Adams hard work. If all of the Messina employees do the same level of work, they should be in business for a long time. I was impressed!!

They were scheduled to service my air conditioning on 6 June. They called and explained that they had a shortage of techs due to COVID and since my AC was working asked if I could make it 30 June. No problem.30 June comes around. By this time the AC in my childrens bedroom isnt working. No call. No show. They show up a few days later -- another day out of work for me. Check the AC and say they cant do it that day.Its now July 15th. My AC has continued to fail. My kids are sleeping crammed into the smallest bedroom with fans to keep it livable. Im downstairs on the couch, the only other place its livable in my home. Their ETA? Two weeks from now.Never use this company if you need anything fixed in a timely manner. Theyll be the first to ask for a delay, and the last to deliver services.Edit: They finally came! After sweating for two weeks and missing three days of work, they came out for about an hour of work, replaced one duct, and left. My HVAC is blowing hot air through the house, my bedroom is still 84 degrees and it looks like Ill have to miss a fourth day of work to have a liveable home.Its odd that the company that called me directly to reschedule once, then called me unannounced while I was at work forcing me to rush home would say that theyve been in open communication. Ironically, when I talked to my property manager about the time they no-showed, I was informed that Messina told the PM that theyd contacted me to let me know (which of course, they had not). Fishy.

Thanks to Phil and Billy our house is nice and cool. Air condition suddenly stopped working. Phil and Billy came out and very quickly had us up and running. I always have confidence in anyone who comes to our home from Messina Plumbing. They are professional and it is easy to see they know what they are doing. Thanks guys we can all sleep better tonight.

I had both Kenny and Phil out to our house to look at some electrical work we needed done and to take a look at the house we just purchased. They were both very knowledgeable of their respective fields. We are waiting on the electrical quote back but their prices for yearly HVAC service are reasonable and they gave helpful advice. I would definitely recommend all of their services.

Their customer service is outstanding! There are not many businesses left that drop what theyre doing for a customer. The service techs are very nice and continue the awesome customer service that the office has. The prices are more than fair. Weve used them twice in the last year and will continue to use them. Had 2 toilets installed today and the technician, Chris was wonderful!!! Prompt, polite, knowledgeable, worked quickly and cleanly. Will ask for him again, as I will be using your company again. We had an electrician from Charles Messina Plumbing & Electric came out to give us quote for putting electrical wires for a video door bell about 3 weeks ago. The guy came and looked. He said he will give us a quote in a few days. I called the company last week, the receptionist said they will send us a quote in a few days. Still havent receive any. Very bad business practice.

What can I say but Wow! Fast, friendly and professional customer service. Like anyone who has a leak in their house, I was in a slight panic. They sent someone out and quickly addressed the problem. I hope to have no other plumbing problems in the future, but if I do I know who I will call. Thank you so much for helping in my time of home owner crisis.

I feel very comfortable dealing w/ a company which runs like good old time by family unlike big companies. They are first on my list & I highly recommend them.

Extremely unprofessional company that purports to be a business but fails at the basic tenets.Most work involves giving a quote prior to starting a job. This is where they fail and fail hard. Perhaps they felt the job wasnt worth their time to do...or to let us know. Hard to say, as repeated requests for said quote went either unanswered or were broken promises. At this point, they could offer to do for free and I would turn them down.I wish I could leave negative stars.

Good service and great repertoire

Charles Messina was the fifth HVAC company to come to my home to diagnose why I was having 700 dollar electricity bills. Charles came onsite personally with his engineer and spent 5-6 hours troubleshooting my system all as part of their investigation, charged me their standard investigation fee, and told me exactly what my problems were. They were the first company to diagnose my air handler as the root cause of the problem and after several visits, one taking over 14 hours, they resolved the problem. My bills are now literally 1/4th of what they used to be and the work was charged at a very competitive rate.Reliable, dedicated, and thorough, Ill be recommending Charles Messina to all my friends and family for their HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs.
