I talked to Brian after being recommended by a friend to RA Moser...Mind you its January in Ohio and we have a newborn baby in the house... and the heat went out! This friend and I went through a few steps to fix the furnace but none worked.... Brian walked me through a few steps over the phone and i even sent him a video via text to show him what was going on. Within minutes the furnace was back on and working without him even visiting the house. So grateful to talk to a guy who genuinely wanted to help and wasnt looking for my wallet. I will use this company again!

Best local heating and cooling company. Emergency service is top notch. On two occasions in dead of winter on a weekend evening. They were prompt, fixed heating issues (blower and starter). Prices always fair.Brian added coolant in our old AC for the second year, courteous and professional . When we opt for a new AC unit install we will definitely not be looking elsewhere.

Just had furnace serviced for the winter. The serviceman answered any question I had. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the product he serviced. We had a bit of trouble getting the motor for my unit. However they were genuinely concerned about my family as we had quite a few hot days. The receptionist was very friendly when I called every day to check the status of the part. Brian the service guy who came out was very nice and thorough with his work. I would definitely recommend them. I can not hold them at fault for having trouble getting the part we needed. Thank You R A Moser Heating and Cooling for making our house cool again!
