This is a rating for whomever did the staff scheduling for Saturday. I waitied in line for 30 minutes to return a modem. I ended up leaving because there were only 2 people working trying to do the best they could, but I could tell it would be another 45 minutes to an hour before they would get to me. All this to return a modem.

Buyer beware: 9/1/21 purchased a new phone, confirmed before Ieft the store how long I had if I decided to return the phone, the answer I received was 30 days. Today 9/19/21 returning the phone because it is malfunctioning, rep told me I only had 14 days to return the phone so I have to do a warranty exchange, they dont have the phone in the store so I have to call customer service mobile Coe and do the exchange. Here in the store they dont even write the request up so you dont have to go through the explanation again 😒 Very poor customer service.

This is a review base more on the service I have received at this store. I have been in twice and based on the level of service I had from Kyle, and came back in for something else today and let other customers go around me in line, just so Kyle could help me with want I needed. No, I didnt get the super secret deal. I just got a great level of service that a customer should expect. Kyle is very professional, knowledgeable, welcomes you to the store, goes the extra mile. This guy needs his own store.

The people here are great. I think this office, chic fil a, and publix get the same training. Respectful. Polite, and helpful. We must realize, these people have this as a job. They do not own the company and deserve respect as humans.

My experience at this location was above and Beyond what I expected, I was assisted in a timely fashion and was given all my options and treated like I mattered. When everything was said and done the sales associate Veronica made sure that if I needed anything I was able to contact her whenever I needed, I would recommend this location to anyone who wants help from someone knowledgeable and hardworking who makes the visit welcoming and enjoyable like the staff member I encountered on my visit this would be the location for you.

I went I to Douglasville store 2 weeks ago to cancel home security, after arguing with guy for 5 minutes utes and ice Gentleman working next to him explained that I got it in 2019 so 24 months was up Feb 2, 2021. I also wanted to decrease my blast down to 100. Got my bill today not only was no changed made. But went up on everything. My bill was $193 and Id now $214.00. He also gave me a box and told me go hook it up,but could not tell me what it was for. So now I not only have a higher bill, I have a box that is sitting in my floor and no one seems to know what it is for.It is totally impossible to speak with an agent. Guess its time to look at Direct TV

Had appointment for 01-13-21 btw 8am & 10am No one showed up making me late for my flight. No one called to reschedule. 40 minutes later I get a text saying my was on the 20th . I made my appointment for the 13th. Terrible communication

I added a line to my account in Douglasville, GA on July 30,2020. Precious was so nice and helpful. We had an issue porting my daughter’s number over from Verizon. They were busy (we were there right after close). She was so sweet, helpful, friendly, and resourceful. Thankyou Precious! Watch out Xfinity I might recruit her to work for me! Well I shelled almost 200 and still have no cable and internet and they wanted another 100 for a technician and wow I m on a fixed income on social security disability and come to find out my area is nOT serviced so now I gotta wait 30 to 60 days for my money to be refunded and then they billed me online and on store

The telephone message goes on and on with information I dont need.I have no wifi. It was tested yesterday and did not do any good. I called back today and was asked to call back after a test was done, again. Yesterday, when I called back I got the same message all over again. And, no service to fix my problem.With this kind of service, who needs infinity?

After jumping around from one computer operator to another i finally got a live person. He said hello can you hear me, I said yes and he kept talking and said can you hear me and hung up the phone. If I had good service I wouldnt be calling you!

Jahnoi was soooo nice and friendly today ! I was so impressed with the service from this location. I had my baby with me and she was so friendly to help me to the door and even offered to help me to my car. She explained everything thoroughly. Everything was quick and simple, 5 stars !

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Twyla fixed us up with new service. Could have been better had she gave us more discounts, to lower our bill. A VISA CARD for signing up service. Was a little disappointed only 20 hours recording time. But in all she was very friendly, knowledgeable.

Tim White, one of your local area technicians is one of the best field representatives i have ever worked with. His knowledge, customer centered approach, timeliness, and just his over the top friendliness is very refreshing. Many of my experiences with ComCast and ComCast business may have been marginal but I know I can depend upon Tim to fix my stuff when a problem pops up. Hes the best! I am always relieved when Tim shows up because I know he will have the solution.

After being told repeatedly that we intended to use a preexisting modem, dude still sent and is charging is for a new one. I told my Xfinity worker going into our exchange I knew nothing about getting internet, and everything about their service I had to press for information on. Dude looked like he was trying to say as little as possible to get by which is flat out poor customer service. Albeit, I was hard to get a long with lol, but I work in customer service/sales and what the dude needs some retraining.

One person working in the store. Only allowing 2 customers in the store at a time. The paying customers have to stand outside in the heat to try to resolve your cable issues which we pay for. Horrible service.

I bought the IPhone X and the screen protector, an employee name April put it on the phone wrong with a lot of air bubbles, I took it back the next day and the response I got from the store manager was very disappointed cause she blame me and end up saying that she was going to pay out her on packet, at this time I don’t care who is paying for it surely was not going to be meUNACCEPTABLE 🤬🤬🤬
