My experience at the Arbor Place Mall was great. Everyone was attentive to the customers as the took care of customers waiting. They acknowledged every customer letting us know how many customers were ahead. The manager herself greeted everyone in between taking care of customers. She took care of me. I am very satisfied with the service I received. I recommend this AT&T location.

Mdaige and Quinn was excellent! They took there time with me and my husband! And got us the best deal thanks a lot to you both!

The experience at this location is second to none. Upon walking into the location I was greeted and within minutes it seemed I was being assisted. The store was truly alive and everyone seemed happy to be at work. The overall experience from beginning to end is worth bragging about and I will definitely return and give more of my business to this location.

The employees in this store are awful. gave no help, sent me to a tablet for me to figure out my problem on my own. I left the store and walked to my car to call the support line. the support line tried to call the store and the employees would not pick up. if you need help or service go to another store.

I’ve been to plenty of AT&T locations but this one might be the best in terms of costumer service. Mrs. Kayl and M’Daige were awesome with answering every question I asked, as well as quick and efficient with fixing my phone. They environment was casual, and suited two knowledgeable professionals in their craft. I will be back for sure!

Stopping by was not on my “to do list” but the store seemed it was conveniently placed for me so I decided to enter. I was shocked by someone who just greeted me into their home by just one word “Welcome”. I placed all my concerns and skeptical reserves about stepping into new technology on buying an Apple Watch! The sale-person was knowledgeble and eased my concerns!,

The workers at this location were very helpful and very pleasant. If I could I would recommend that they get a raise

I walked in the store yesterday and was immediately greeted by Brandi and LaTiya. I came in to purchase a new phone. LaTiya proceeded to show me the different options. She was extremely nice and customer service oriented. The process was quick and easy. Half way through my purchase LaTiya shared she was new. I would not have known if she hadn’t mentioned. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. She gave me her business card and told me to call if I had any questions. Immediately after leaving I was struggling to figure out my new phone. I called and she walked me through my challenge. I didn’t realize i was calling her cell until she told me she had left the store, but she answered and helped me anyway. I really appreciate the great customer service!

I visited this store earlier today and I must say the staff was awesome! I felt welcomed the time I walked in, this will definitely be my home store from now on keep up the good work guys!

We were in dire need of new phones during black friday, (I should have posted this months ago, better late than never) and the team at the Arbor Mall At&t really took care of us. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that helped us (She wore glasses). She was SOOOOOOOO helpful, she got us lots of deals and discounts, and it felt so nice to move from a 5S and 5C to XRs.

Stomari Crowley was wonderful! We walked in looking to switch services and she was amazing! She helped us get switched over with the latest phone! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone wanting to switch to AT&T to visit this store and see either Shomari or Kayl May! Thanks ladies!

These folks wont waste your time- they are great. I went to 2 other AT&T stores that couldnt honestly tell me if they had an iPhone in stock until they spent 15 minutes gathering personal data on me, just to find out they dont have the phone I want. Brandi in the Arbor Place AT&T made it right. I really hate that mall but Id go back to that AT&T store if I needed anything before any other store.

I purchased a cell phone from At&t, in Douglasville, Ga-at the mall 6700 Douglas blvd on December 9th.The At&t sales rep Ms..Crawley,is not customer friendly.I was trying to ask her questions about the S9.Ms.Crawley acted as though I was agitating her. MR.TREY has excellent customer service.He is the person to ask for he can run that Store!!!!!THANKS Trey u r a no.10..On Sunday 10,I had to return the phone and because it kept stalling.When I return the phone, heard another person complain about her....Wow!!!

This At&t store is a huge help to their customers. The Emloyees at this store is wonderful. In the past Ive went to the highway 5 At&t store and the employees there are so rushed with their customers but the At&t store at Arbor Place mall takes up time to answer each and every question their customers has.

Awful customer service!!I had a promotional email from AT&T and they asked me to show it to them and when I did. The two employees I dealt with said AT&T takes away promotions whenever AT&T feels like it with not giving them a notice.

Waited 20 minutes for help, only one employee available and she was helping someone else the whole time.
