JK Land continues to meet and exceed my exceptions. Rob and Steve are my primary contacts each visit and I enjoy learning from them on each addictive visit. These guys drive, live and thoroughly know Jeeps, giving me assurance driving away each visit after their service. Love JK Land and even though there are 4x4 Jeep shops closer to my home I continue to patronize these guys because they make me feel like family.

I was at their shop a couple months back, and then met them again at a Jeep event. Both times their customer service guys made me feel like I was beneath them - not making eye contact, attention was very clearly elsewhere. Plus, theyre hideously overpriced. There are better shops out there than this one.

All I can say is wow such amazing service. I am brand new to the jeep world and this was such an amazing experience. I called to speak to somebody about seeing what upgrades I should make to my wrangler in order to make it more off-road friendly. I spoke with Kevin on the phone and he Told me to come in around 130 I need to take a look at my jeep and tell me what he thought. Let me say this prior to coming here I have visited another 4 x 4 specialty shop that was pretty short of me probably because I don’t know what the hell I’m talking about when it comes to this stuff seeing as how I am very new... well when I got there Kevin Took the time to give me a crash course in everything I need to know when it comes to These vehicles in their off-road capability. He show me around the shop show me his beautiful jeep and gave me a lot of tips and pointers as a bartender I can really appreciate amazing customer service and Kevin is top notch I would highly recommend if you have a Jeep coming in and talking to these guys they really know their stuff but above all their friendly. From now on if anything is been done to my jeep I want these guys in charge of it outstanding service

WOW, what an incredible Jeep. Friday, February 26, 2021 we landed at the Atlanta International Airport where Steve Vance from JK Land picked us up in our new completed frame off restored 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. We threw our bags in and Steve gave me the keys and told me to drive.The moment I cranked up my Jeep I realized that I had something unique and very special as the 392 cubic inch 485 horse power Hemi sparked to life and once I put it in drive and stepped on the gas pedal, I knew.From Atlanta to JK Land’s Douglasville location is approximately 40 minute drive. That drive was entertaining, 70-75 mph down the highway was stable, smooth and extremely comfortable. I could not stop smiling.This was no ordinary engine swap. JK Land, Steve and Michelle Vance and their team of professionals took my stock 2014 Jeep Rubicon with an anemic 3.6L V-6 and a 6 speed manual transmission and expertly converted to a 6.4L 485hp 475lb-ft torque V8 Hemi with a 6 speed Automatic.That was just the beginning. I also added a Teraflex lift heavy duty suspension, heavy duty shocks, big brake kit front & rear, Re-gear to 4.88 front & rear, chromoly axle shafts, Tom Woods 1350 front & rear drive shafts, aluminum fenders & liners, Black Mountain cowl hood, power side steps, Method racing wheels, 39x12.5 BFG km3 tires, Genright front & rear bumper, Genright spare tire carrier, frame sand blasted and under coated, Baja Design lights and a Warn Zeon 8,000lbs winch. I also forgot to mention the new Alpine stereo with front & back trail cameras.I had my Jeep picked up at my office in Rockwall,Texas on October 23, 2020 by a professional auto transport company. Steve called me the moment it arrived at his shop. Over the next couple of days we talked and arrived at a plan of action. Over the 4 month process Steve kept me informed the whole time and took all the stress out of what you would normally expect in a major restoration project.On Saturday, February 27, 2021 my wife and I took final delivery of our Jeep after spending half of the day Friday going over all of the changes we made with Steve, Michelle and their staff. We started our 850 mile drive back home. After we arrived home we could not be happier with the job JK Land and team had done. Ok I wanted to get a spoiler put on my new Mustang, so I ordered it, got it painted & then we found out through a site that it wouldn’t work on my Mustang because it was a convertible. Well I found the most awesome place...the owners Steve & Michelle are such great people. I had actually called another place that was recommended to me by the dealership and tried twice to get back in touch to make the appt. we discussed...well no call back. I believe he figured out it wasn’t for my vehicle and was afraid to tell me he couldn’t do it or was afraid to try. Because that business was like a business up the street I thought why not. So I message JK Land Jeep Sales and Outfitters just to check and they got back in touch with me immediately...great customer service. He figured out it wasnt made for my car due to the where the third break light is located on a convertible, but it didn’t stop him from trying to figure out how to do it. And wow he did an awesome job. I lucked out that he & his wife loves Mustang’s also and he was willing to get it to work and no problem with my third break light.The reason I tell you this long story is just because it says Jeeps doesn’t mean you shouldn’t check with someone to see exactly what they can do. Thank you so much for doing such a great job & the great customer service you provide.

I recently bought a JL and stopped by to get some knowledge from this shop. These guys welcomed me to the shop and took lots of their time to talk to me and my two boys. Recently had my wifes JK at their shop for a lift kit. The owner gave me a tour of the building (Excellent) and took time to show me all the different options available and in my price range. I waited over a month for this review because I wanted to test the new lift kit on the highway. After 890 mile road trip and 2700 miles since installation, it was just as he described it, like a factory ride. The work quality is excellent! Just wanted to say thanks for a job well done. I have had my truck back for a over a week now and I just wanted to give a big shout out to JK Land for everything they have done. They do trucks and yes it’s just as good. This is the guy to talk to if you want get your dream project started. It’s also important to know who is working on your Jeep or truck and making sure it’s done right the first time. The other reason I chose JK Land is because I knew Chris would treat the build as if it were his own personal vehicle. Even though I’m 60 miles away, I’ll still be going to JK Land for all things off road and maybe some powder coating needs

Very nice shop. The owner was very nice and indicated that they cater to higher end jeep mods. He also said they offer some basic maintenance services such as dif service, oil change. I gave 3 stars because I have not used their services only stopped in to see the shop.

Very few Offroad shops take pride in their work like JK Land does. Highly recommend them for all Jeep projects, big and small.

Just picked up my fully completed Stage 1 Black Mountain Jeep Wrangler from JK Land in douglasville! Steve, Michelle, and their technician Chris exceeded all my expectations! They got my Jeep completed in a timely manner, and kept me involved in every step of the process! Not to mention she’s an absolute beauty!! I’m absolutely obsessed with my custom hood and bumper! Highly recommend!!!

Went in for first time to see about some issues had with my JK and they gave me several options with costs and picked up couple other things, I will be going back for any other issues and to keep adding accessories. Highly knowledgeable and experienced.

Just had the soft top on our 2007 four door Jeep Wrangler replaced with a hardtop and a Sunrider roof and added running boards, new headlights and new front bumper. Their service and expertise was outstanding and the entire project exceeded our expectations. Kevin and Chris did an EXCELLENT job installing the lift on my 2018 Tundra (Procomp stage 2 6 inch). Im super happy with the result and quality work done. Kevin spent tons of time with me on the phone when I was initially shopping and cleared up some misinformation that I received from other local shops. Their prices are also very competitive, but they also go the extra mile to make sure what is delivered EXCEEDS all of your expectations. I dont often take time to write positive reviews for companies, but Kevin and the team (Chris for install) have earned it and my future business should I ever need anything. Great choices

Not happy at all with the way I got treated there. I had a done of work and also I did decals and signage for them for a swap out on a front axle. I was told to take it to another jeep shop and let them finish it. Glad they told me that. The other shop found control arms wasnt properly tightened up and driveshaft bolts were not even tighten up either.
