I’ve been here twice. Not so good experience the first time. So I tried again today. I have been here for 3 hours and waiting for a basic inside and out cleaning. Customer service is 1/5 for literally only getting told where to park. The seating is outdoor in 80 degree heat which is acceptable for 30 mins in shade but after 3 hours I am irritated. I have checking in numerous times to see where I was in line only to be told I am next, 3 cars have left before mine since. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a car wash/detailing. The price is fairly cheap but time is 100% more important to me.

These people did a terrible job on what they call detailing. I was referred by another car wash who didnt want to handle the mess that was in my car. I brought my car in the morning and came to get it in the afternoon and they have never started to work on my car. I brought it on Monday and they still didnt perform the service that I expected. I come to find out not only they did a horrible job, but I found crumbs on my front seat which I didnt have. When I asked about the other spots, they dont handle it cause they dont want to take responsibility if something goes wrong. This place SUCKS! and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone cause they are not professional at all.

Not worth $2 and then when you select what you want for the car it takes at least 15 to 20 seconds to click on. No warning when you have less than a minute. No towels, air freshners nothing for you car.

Was told it would take less than an hour. 2 1/2 hours later they had not even touched the inside. I had to leave. UNACCEPTABLELY slow! Very disappointed and will not be going back.

Not very friendly people at all. The big guy who I am assuming is Big Rip has an extremely nasty disposition. I would definitely search for a different business.

No automated machines to damage your automobile just good old at the car wash hand cleaning and detailing show him some love 💕 he and his workers surely appreciate it

After searching for a hand car wash and detail near me, I chose Big Rips. I am totally satisfied with the job the did and I will definitely return

The people were very nice and did a great job on my car!I was surprised to see they had only chairs and a picnic table on the grass to sit on while waiting. I didnt see an inside waiting area. Otherwise, I would reccomend this business to others.

My husband loves to go here and wash his F250 here. He prefers to do it himself.

They did an outstanding detailing job on my truck, inside and out! It looked like brand new when I left. The price is more than fair. I will go back whenever my truck needs a thorough cleaning!

I been there for emissions twice. Each time I have had a good customer experience there. Its a small business thats maximizing its potential. Doing business the right way. I will continue to do business with them.

Took my car there to get it clean and drove away with this scratch. Not happy at all. Walk around your car before you let those kids wash it. The owner will tell you a lie before he ask them what happen. I will not be going there again. I will try the one across the street at the gas station before I go there again. Just be careful when you go here.

Edited: The owner reached back out to me and after inspecting my vehicle he pointed out how you can get minor scratches from just driving but he attempted to make it right. And, because he did I increased the rating. Just check your car before leaving...I took my new 2020 Equinox to get a hand wash yesterday. I had to keep asking for the young man to dry all the water off to prevent water spots. Once finished I left and went home to park my car in the garage. Didn’t check because I had confidence in Big Rip’s...Yet, I woke up this am to vacuum out of my car only to discover a long scratch on my rear passenger door, bug residue on driver mirror and bug residue all on the front fenders!!! I’m one mad woman!!! My truck had NO SCRATCHES!!!!

Very slow, unprofessional, there will be different workers every week. kind of hard to actually provide good service if your workers keep leaving.thats why I much rather go across the street to the car wash at the chevron, a+ service, great work environment, and they always seem happy

I TOLD HIM I WAS WAS DISPLEASED WITH HIS SERVICE AND HE THROW MY MONEY DOWN ON THE FLOOR.THIS MAN SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. IT IS SO SAD TO SAY BUT THIS MAN IS AH TERRIBLE PERSON. I must let me it take you a very good job but at the price of spending 3 hours out of your day to have your vehicle just washed inside and out Is utterly ridiculous.

The owner is very rude with a terrible demeanor he acts as if he is King Kong or something. I don’t see how anyone can work for him I guarantee the stability of his staff turns weekly

They pay close attention to detail which is what I love most, along with their top notch customer service. I have been going to Big Rips for years and will continue to be their patron as long as Im a resident of Douglasville. Dont trust anyone else to clean my car. Need your car cleaned, go to Big Rips Auto Detailing. I promise, you will not be disappointed, you will be amazed. Thats what they do. I gave 5 stars because they only give you 5. They deserve a 10!

Have been many times before and it appears things are slipping fast. Pulled in and asked owner and his daughter if the car could be done in an hour. Told by both they didnt see a reason that wasnt doable. I had a seat and waited, and waited, and waited. One hour and 55 minutes later I was told The Audi is done. The rear hatch area, not touched, not vacuumed, nothing. More waiting. The cup holder area had some areas where drinks had spilled over, not touched, not clean, tired of waiting so just left. There is a sign out front say help wanted and it is really needed. Watched about 8-9 individuals working for the company and saw three working and 6 going through the motions of work. The owner tried to keep on top of things but was failing today.

Superior job cleaning my seats and carpet. Grear car wash as well. Good service and friendly staff.

9/26/17 3rd visit I witnessed Mr Rip degrade, disrespect and curse his wife out so bad and repeatedly follow her to belittle her. I also witness him sit in his truck called over 1 if his sons stipping him from vacuuming to take the little one to the restroom. He followed his daughter around constantly pointing and talking down to her NEVER lifting a finger to help get the 6 cars waiting out, and I had been waiting 1.5 hrs. I feel he is a slave driver to the ones who are working HIS dream. I also witness another patron drive off after he also seen how he spoke to his wife. I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. AS for the service, well its $20 so you get what you pay for and plus kids are doing the work.

Went to this business yesterday and was charged $20 to clean my Mazda 6 in and out. It took them over an hour and a half with one vehicle in front of me. After waiting over a hour and a half, I saw right away my car and windows had been done poorly. Then I was pissed because inside of the car was vacuumed poorly and they had thrown the mats inside wet! Lastly they used something on the inside of windows that left bubbles circles and lighten the tint color. A professional should know only use water on inside of windows with tint. Let me tell you, if I wasnt a Christian I would have paid them Nothing! You have been warned to not waste your hard earned money at this place.

I brought in my 2015 GMC Canyon about a week ago, not super dirty but wanted it waxed to give it a better look . Ended up leaving with a scratch from my headlight to my door on the passenger side . 6/10 detail with multiple spots still not cleaned . You’d think keeping a truck 6 hours you’ll get epic results . I could have out done there work scratch free . Please, if you value your vehicle stay away .
