Been paying for over 12 yrs. Never had an accident or claim of any kind and my package with house has gone up a Wopping 197.00 this one year to pay for others roofs in neighboring town; but not able to get adequate help with my own roof which sucks!Thought I was in good hands . Right?

Worst experience with a insurance agency/company i have ever experienced. Got a quote days before and when I paid them and received documents they had a vehicle I dont even own on there. Needless to say my premium increased due to their ineptness. Would Definetly NOT recommend them.
