BYE BYE AAA INSURANCE!I have been a customer of AAA Insurance for years, over 10. I got tired of the fluctuating premiums, being dollared to death & an agent that could careless about me & my needs. Today I made the switch. I called Brightway Insurance in Dothan & they went to work for me. They lowered my vehicle insurance by $12 a month with a lower deductible & my homeowners insurance by $500 a year & a $500 deductible instead of $1000. I have better coverage on vehicle/ home & coverage where I was told could not be changed, theyre now better then before. I am very well pleased with the service, the continuous contact thru it all. When I called my agent at AAA to ask about cancelling, I was not once told that they hated I was leaving, tried to get me better coverage, or anything. Her exact words we can cancel you right now.
