They were fine until I needed road side assistance that i pay for faithfully every month and they told me id have to pay $60 for someone to come jump me off but they would reimburse me....so I said no and then come to find out the person I talked to gave me the wrong info so I wouldnt say they have the smartest of ppl working for them. But they are really cheap. I guess u get what u pay for

I had a brief email exchange with one of their agents and provided her with the requested information. I never got a quote, by email, phone or in person. I’ve since left two messages and get no returned call. Both times I spoke with another employee who stated he would have the agent return my call. The premium for the current commercial vehicle policy I asked to be quoted by them is over $4000 annually, so one would think they’d be interested in the business, or at least courteous enough to answer that they cannot provide me with a lower quote on the premium, if that is the case.

Temeshia was a big help. I had been searching for insurance for a few days. She took over the shopping process for me and found me a great rate. Def give them a call!

Great company to work with when dealing with insurance for your vehicles or even your boat. I have my boat and 2 cars on insurance with them and the process is super easy. I have been here over 10 years for a reason. The management prior and current have been great and there have been multiple times they have reached out the extra mile to make things easy for my family.For example, I forget the date of my insurance all the time, but luckily they will call and remind me to pay in order to maintain coverage on my vehicle.Thanks to the enire Dothan team for taking care of me over the years.
