We had a wonderful experience living at Arbor Gates. The location was perfect, the front office staff was always professional and helpful. Huge thanks to Sara and Ty, who were wonderful to work with and helped extend our date when it came down to moving out. Nothing but great things to say about ArborGate Estates.

I recently moved to Alabama and my apartment search has been all, but pleasant. I have seen the “best” and definitely the “worst.” So, the hospitality and the upkeep of Arborgate Estates has given me a sense of hopefulness— that I could live in a nice community, with kind management and at an affordable price.My visit today was very pleasant. Kyle, the leasing agent, answered all of my questions and took me on a beautiful tour of the complex. The grass is nicely trimmed. The neighborhood is quite. Every thing is clean.Outside of this, the 2 bdrm apartments have a very unique design. I am a creative and uniqueness is very important to me, so this was a plus. The apartments have a modern look, not the normal outdated style. They also have balconies! A super plus!I am not a resident of this community (yet) so, I do not have any tenant experience. But, my visit was everything that I did not know I needed. I am grateful. Thank you Kyle!

The staff went above and beyond to help me meet my deadline to get into my apartment. I really felt that they cared and had my best at heart. I would highly recommend living here.

Management is extremely helpful and professional. I love that when I’m able to speak to Ms Sierra and the secretary Ms Ty they are extremely understanding and efficient about my concerns and needs. I’m very thankful for them because they do make a difference for the establishment in the way that they get the job done! These are the best apartments anyone would want to stay at. The area is quiet and in a good location. The staff are extremely nice and always speak to you and helpful. The office is very helpful especially the main ladies Tye and Sierra. I would recommend anyone and everyone to live here.

I have never lived in such a welcoming, caring, beautiful apartment complex. I have lived here for almost 2 years. Siera and Ty go beyond measures to make sure we are taken care of. The maintenance team handles everything so promptly, if needed which isn’t often. The complex is so well kept and beautiful. My apartment doesn’t even feel like an apartment it’s built like a house with so much space!

Called to get information for a friend and spoke with Ty who was very knowledgeable. She invited me out, and when I got there I went on a tour with Siera. A very warm welcome and a bright smile. My friend doesn’t make her transition to the area until March of 2021, but this is the place she will call home. ❤️ I was very pleased, you girls Rock!!

Siera and Ty are very professional and friendly, which comes a dime a dozen. They are knowledgeable and informative. I was inquiring for a family friend and they made the process so easy. I will recommend their office to everyone I know!

The apartments are full of bugs we have had numerous leaks in the bathroom and our air conditioner is not working right and they wont fix it highly recommend not living here cant wait to move out in August

From landscaping to maintenance this park is the full package. The new upgrades are great. Sierra has done an amazing job bringing the Ashburn community and staff together making residents needs top priority.

Never in my life have I lived somewhere so perfect, so welcoming, and so immaculate. The front office is extremely professionally run by my two favorite Hershey Kisses, Ty and Sierra. They made me feel right at home the first day I moved in. The maintenance crew, in my personal opinion rivals that of an MLB teams grounds crew. All in all the best apartment complex in Dothan, possibly the world.

Very safe and comfortable environment. The appointments management staff Siera and Ty are outstanding and professional, those two do an amazing job!

10/10 maintenance crew. I had ants in my apartment and they removed them in less than a day. The community here is extremely nice, and the rooms are very spacious.

Ive been living here for a little over 7 months and the service manager Danny and his entire maintenance crew is amazing. Danny is always helpful and everytime I see him, he asks if everything is ok and working right. This is an outstanding place to live and I highly recommend it! Management is great too and always willing to help!

The Park at Ashburn is by far the best community in Dothan, Al. The office staff and maintenance department are professional and kind. The team there works very hard to keep the property looking stellar.

The location to the many activities offered by Westgate Park makes this an attractive location for any would-be renter.The staff are excellent and the only one time I have ever needed them they showed up promptly and took care of the issue (shout out to Danny ). I have lived here for 2 years and it has been an awesome place to live, the office and maintenance staff always does a great job with keeping you informed and making repairs (should it be needed). The location of this place is second to none, I love living in the city and being close to everything. Also one of my favorite amenities is the pools, nothing better than hanging out by the pool and enjoying a cool swim during the summer months. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to live to come by and visit and take a tour. You wont be disappointed.

This place is awesome and the staff takes care of everything for you with not much to worry about. Im happy that I found a renovated apartment that I can be proud of. Also to make it better the utilities are amazingly affordable.

I am amazed at this property, it is conviently located near all the major shopping centers and restaurants. There are two pools on the property and the staff is top notch, not to mention the community room. The property has an on-site officer who monitors the complex (even at night). There is a dog park, on site community gym and laundry room. All the residents are nice and welcoming, I would recommend the Park at Ashburn to any one looking for a clean, comfortable and safe place for themselves or their family 😀

I had no intention of living in Dothan but Hurricane Michael hadother plans for me. My FL apt was ravaged so I headed northand found myself in this beautiful area and by chance at ThePark at Ashburn. After meeting Sierra and Amanda I wasready to sign a lease. Couldnt ask for more!!!
