If you scroll down you can see that they left a 5 star review for themselves to boost their ratings. It’s been 3 weeks now since I have applied. No call backs no emails nothing at all from them. It’s like everyone says once you pay the money they ghost you. Someone higher up needs to come look into this they’re probably lining their pockets up with all of our money maybe Managment is in on this too.

Paid a $200 application fee. The approval process took close to two weeks (very unresponsive), finally told me I wasnt approved. I have an outstanding credit score and make well over the rent, never missed a rent payment anywhere. Beware, they are just trying to get your money.

BEWARE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They will process your fee and take your money and not say anything. Please read the reviews I wish I had listened. I’ve called HUNDREDS of times and left messages. Now we are out of the money that they won’t refund they’re just trying to get money out of people not caring that they’re taking money for people in need! I will be reporting this to the highest person that I can!

Employee Erica need more job training I was screwed over a $106.95 online app fee Erica said I was qulified for the apartments and paid the app fee and Then 2weeks later when I called they told me that I wasnt qulified RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PLEASE!

There is no perfect place although this place makes sure it tries getting there. The manager is there to help whenever and for whatever reason youd need. Ive been living here for a few months and the manager has been helpful in every situation including when something happened at 1 AM. The people here are pretty nice, no one gets in each others way although sometimes the people do things they shouldnt be doing (littering, few fights, that sort of thing). The maintenance is pretty helpful and the manager is very mindful of the security for the place. I encourage to keep up the great work managing the place. Itd be nice if the corporation helped the manager out a bit more but overall a great place.

Amazing view just love it and the price

Brooke is very unprofessional, does not keep her word and will leave you high and dry especially if you tell her that your looking for places to get into ASAP. I paid the application fee bc she said they had an opening and then told me to get my deposit and bring it in on a specific day and never showed up at the office for our scheduled appointment. I called for a week straight and left voicemails when I finally caught her she told me she had given the apartment away for the SECOND time!!! Worst management I’ve ever dealt with in dothan, even the ratchet apartments are more about they’re business they these ppl are.
