I love going to Le Nails. My nails always turn out great and if there is any flaw they are always happy to correct it. They want you to like your nails! Pedicures always feel amazing!

Besides the owner having abused his wife in front of customers, this place puts out less than mediocre work. I went in to get my nails fixed (I got my nails done at a different salon and they messed up my thumbs) and they kind of fixed the shape, but the polish is still horrible. Its very bumpy, streaky, and chipped within 48 hours.

I went in to get a fill. $35!! They sat me down right away. The guy quickly started and I told him I just wanted a light pink color. 💅 He did a pretty good job except for my left thumb. Missed appling product on the side of my nail. Didnt notice it until I got home. Was good with the length. But the color was off. It looks more clear than a light pink. I dont think a fill-in should be $35 for that kind of work. I felt rushed, not relaxing at all. No hand massage, no cuticle cutting, nothing. Oh and no music. Ugggg😏🎶

My friend and I got our eyebrows done here and one eyebrow ended up further over than the other and they just overall didn’t look good. they also are awful at doing nails they always end up bumpy looking

Terrible service there was only 2 people actively doing nails. I was told that for one full set it would be $37. when I got there the total of mine and my friends was $120 we came with $90 in cash and had to scramble for lose change. will not be coming back. but over all pretty only nails

This place was just okay. They are not with the latest trends in nail designs. The guy that fixed my one nail was rude and abrupt. I asked to see the gel nail colors and was offered just one pallet and had to ask for others and was made to seem like it was an inconvenience. I was not impressed by this shop and do not plan on returning.

I love them! Ive been going here since my kids were young and started them off early being pampered! They do a fantastic job on waxing/mani/pedis!!! Give them a try if you havent! They are very good to us!

10/10 LOVED my manicurist. He actually held a conversation with me and helped me with my colors and choosing which ones to use. He was very gentle and did his work well. I believe his is the owner. I also got a pedicure from a different man and did not enjoy it as much. He didn’t speak to me unless he had a question about what colors I wanted and whether to put my foot up or down. He was more focused in the football game playing on tv that he barely was watching what he was doing. He did a poor job painting my nails one color. He completely missed one side of my nail and I asked him if he could make sure he gets it and he told me “there’s nothing there” so I put my finger nail under my toenail to show that it was there. He rushed through it for sure. The massage was great though!!

They did a decent job on my nails but I feel as though they are overpriced for the service they offer.. Not a place I would brag about.

Gel polishes not sealed anytime I touched water u could see it like water bubbles under my nails

Been sitting. Here over an hour asked for dip powder wanted ambrosia done guy got an attitude about it and did not do as I asked told me to just pick a color and had the nerve to up the price for coffin shape and add a different color to ring finger after waiting for over an hour almost 2 hours Before they even started not enough staff either will not be leaving a tip and will not be coming back poor customer service and rude at the same time.....terrible

Lifting and peeling within one week, lost three nails already! Also Uneven and sloppy! Do not go here if you want your hands to look nice...pedi was fine.

I came in to get a manicure, over lay and gel nail polish. The guy who did my nails took a total of 15 minutes to do everything. He never cut my cuticles or filed my nails down after putting the Acrylic on. Then when painting my nails he just slopped the polish on, getting it all over my skin. I’ve only had my nails for 2 days and they are already starting to lift. I could tell that the guy was annoyed even before I sat down. I paid a lot of money for my nails and would have done them myself if I wanted them to look like sh!t. if you aren’t going to take the time and effort to do them then have someone else do it.

Love my pedicure always.. Nancy if very caring & does a wonderful job every time...hot rock leg massage is the best!

Great place friendly service

Went to get a fill today and it looks horrible. They were busy and I didn’t mind waiting at all, but the entire job was rushed. They asked if I wanted to keep my shape which I did and it was supposed to be coffin but instead made them round. The nail polish was clumpy, my nails are crooked and my nails are uneven. The man who did my nails was incredibly rude and I do not recommend getting a fill here ever.

Every other nail was crooked. I was there for an hour and forty minutes. I paid $45 for crooked and quickly painted nails. I showed up at 6pm so they had time and I wasnt the just before close customer. They gave me the worst nails Ive seen ages and I cant even take them off and paint my natural nails instead because they have shaved almost every shred of my natural nails...

Rushed acrylic fill. the paint is poorly applied as well as the acrylic gel itself. The salon is dingy and they are not taking proper COVID procedures seriously. They allowed other customers to come close to me as well as sit right next to me (like a chair away).

Very friendly staff. Just walked in and they got to me right away. One of the best manicures I ever had. Good prices.

Went in for a pedicure and full set of nails. Six open pedicure chairs. The man at the front of the salon sent me back to the pedicure area. The lady in the pedicures sent me back to the front. Two customers came in to get pedicures and were placed in pedicure chairs right away. Again the lady in pedicures reassured me it would be a shorter wait in the nail area. The man in the pedicure area calls for the next pedicure and the nail man tries to send me to the back again. The lady in the pedicures asks me to stay in the front. Unorganized and nasty filthy salon. Will never return.

Had an appointment for 3 pedicures at 1 pm for a bridal party. By 2 pm no one had touched our feet and we walked out. At least we got to use the massage chairs for an hour?

Ive never left this nail salon unhappy with my nails. They always do a wonderful job.

Very sloppy, and lazy work. I went in and wanted gel nails with tips. The man who did my nails didnt even clean up the skin around the nails, and after less than a week, I had to go back because they were lifting and peeling. My nails look like a child did them, as theyre thick and all different sizes. Id save yourself the headache and go elsewhere..

They do a decent job but theyre too good at talking you into getting more than what you went in there for

My husband and I stopped here on our way home from polo, were heading to Cancun next week. The service was ok! I think they talk WAY to much to each other and ask way to many personal questions. The quality of my pedi was just ok... much better quality pedi in my area of oak lawn.. But my husband needed lots of wk so for that Im thankful

My experience at Le Nails was absolutely awful. I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and my nails repainted. The woman I thought would be working on me had a toddler sitting on her lap the entire time and started by cutting my nails. Anyone that has ever had acrylics would know that that HURTS. Then she put acetone on a cotton swab and handed it to me and told me to take my own polish off. I was so confused. So I started taking my polish off while she sat across the table from me and watched. I had no choice but to ask for someone else and she just laughed and said she wasnt working. SO WHY WAS SHE SITTING THERE!? A man came and had me soak my nails in acetone, which is what I should have been doing all along. From there, my experience got better but not great. He was also helping two other people at the same time so I didnt have one on one service. I would NOT recommend Le Nails. Anyone that is looking to get their nails done in Dixon, I would definitely say go to Star Nails!! The atmosphere is so much more relaxing and one employee works on one customer at a time. Id rather wait for personal service than get to my table and have to wait from there. Horrible experience.

This was my first time time here and I have now had the worst pedicure so far. When my pedicure finally started, the water was cold in the tub and my feet were wrinkled. She rushed the pedicure. My nails were uneven and he polish was on my skin and uneven in color. When I sat down for my manicure, I complained about the way it looked. The tech was seemed upset. She continued with the manicure, which was also rushed. Cuticles were not pushed back and she painful cut the the cuticle. I received the shellac on my fingers, which looks much better. However the polish is on my skin. She went back to my toes to even them out, but messed up the polish. Now that my feet are dry there is dead skin all around my toes. I will never come back. I feel that whatever we do, we should do it well. If we dont, we should accept feedback as a way to grow. I felt uncomfortable when I complained and was greeted with rudeness. I would not come here if I were you.

Me and my friend wanted to get our nails done and we went in the and sat for about 30 mins while they took customers that came in after us. When I finally sat down to get acrylics she was very ruff and she rushed the whole time and messed up the shape and length of my nails and globed the stuff on so it looks like I have mountains on my hands. When I asked her to fix the nails she put that were completely crooked she didn’t do it and when I asked her again she yelled at me... she finally did it but made them worse. And then She left me to go do someone else in the middle of her doing my nails and then made me go to another lady to paint them, when she painted them she just globed on the paint and it looked very bumpy. My friend got hers done and the shaping was very good by the person she got them done by, but he completely messed up the polish and made it I even and you could still see her nails under the polish and now she has to go somewhere else to fix them. Very unorganized and rushed. Im very disappointed and would recommend not going there.

This is literally the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The main guy (I assume the owner) is beyond rude. I accidentally smudged one nail after he applied 3 coats and he told me “I don’t have time for this. Be careful next time” I also waited for 45 minutes while a lady that was there after me got in before I did. I got a fill and they came out uneven and crooked with gobs of polish on. I will never come back there. Rushed and unorganized service.

This was beyond horrible!I went in for a mani pedi. I had a guy do them that had long nails that were disgusting. It actually hurt during/after. Days after I had cuts on my toes. For my manicure I asked if they could do a design for the fourth. They acted very rude about it. So I decided to get a French manicure instead. They sat me down close to a lady getting her nails done to where her dead fingernails were being shot directly at me. I moved and the guy asked me why I moved and I said I preferred not getting shot at by nails.Butchered the manicure of course. Bumpy. No talent whatsoever. Don’t waste your time. Overpriced for mediocre at least!!

I wish i could give 0 stars first time going there nails are uneven an have to much coating so the have hills on the tops of the nail i didnt pay attention they never asked acrylic or gel an ended up giving me gel nothing was accurate an i gave them a picture.. I didnt have the almost bald one with glasses but he was rude to other customers an made it VERY awkward an he was creepy I WILL NEVER EVER go back

Im from out of town they opened early enough for me to get in while my husband had court. Theystill use the razor on heels which I love and is hard to find. Stone massage w every pedi, very nice and professional. I own a hair salon and I saw them do alll the required sanitation stuff. Will be back every time I come here.

I come here all the time, and I just want to say that the guy who works here is obnoxious and he is rude! If he wasn’t here it would be a much better place! He literally told this lady today to move to a different seat because the chair she was in had 150 weight limit! He said it loud and rude. And besides that he is always making smart ass comments and being rude!

Hurried and unorganized service.I got a regular pedi and gel mani. Two techs started my pedicure and kept switching amongst answering the phones, grabbing others polish, ringing up ladies who had been waiting, etc. The pedicure paint job was pure slop with top coat applied all over the skin. Its been 4 days and my toes are chipped.The mani polish was more even but applied so thickly its peeling off from the cuticle up.The folks were friendly and prices were not outrageous but the quality of the service was shoddy at best. I dont recommend.

Horrible!!! Butchered my acrylic nails, I called and complained and they fixed them...only to make them look like a 10 year old did them instead of a 5 yr old the first time. Annoying!

Terrible service. Not enough people working. The man got my acrylic way too thin and then got an attitude when I asked him to make it thicker. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Waited an hour while feet were soaking .over booked and 1 person doing pedicure . When others told us they had been there 2 hours soaking we decided to leave because noticed services were lacking do to being rushed . Will never return !
