I live in the Bay Area and am extremely particular about who I support. In addition to being someone that very much appreciates and pays attention to detail. All details especially when it comes to beauty and my face.My Sister recommended Eric for micro blading/ micro shading. She is also very particular and knows how skeptical I am. Too many horror stories and real life people that have very “questionable” brow work done.I was very hesitant at first as most people are not detail oriented. Nor do they pay attention to what you (exactly) want for yourself. Especially in the beauty industry of which I am a “snob” so to speak.After seeing two of my Sister’s brows and Eric’s handiwork I was definitely impressed! They were perfectly done and beautifully shaped. The day of my appointment, I drove a little over an hour to “Exquisite Nails”. I take no issue with driving for quality work.Eric was very attentive, kind, professional and thorough. He took his time explaining what he was going to do. Asked a lot of questions and demonstrated to me what to expect and the outcome. Again, I am very particular so he “tweaked” my eyebrows to exactly what I wanted.The process itself didn’t hurt as I had originally expected. I don’t have any tattoos, only my ears pierced and do NOT like needles. Despite this, it was relatively pain free and I actually fell asleep. When I woke up he was done and I was absolutely thrilled with his work.It is a 2 - step process that requires a “follow up” appointment to “touch up” his work. It has now (today) been exactly a month since Eric did my eyebrows. I wanted to wait before I wrote a review. Just to ensure that the results would last etc.I am just as happy today as I was after my appointment. I honestly cannot wait for a follow up so that Eric can “touch up” my brows. The color, shape and his artistry are unmatched. I have had endless compliments on my eyebrows now. I also no longer have to wear brow makeup every day. The results are so natural that people think they are just my “perfectly shaped”, “well defined” and effortless looking eye brows.I definitely prefer a more natural, effortless and fuller look when it comes to brows. I do not like exaggerated, “sharp” looking and very dramatic eye brows, myself. Eric can customize your brows to exactly your liking. Not to say that the above looking eyebrows don’t look good on others. Just saying on my face this is what I tend to prefer.Either way, he is the Man for the job and I cannot recommend him anymore. He is definitely worth the drive and I wouldn’t be surprised if he ended up uprooting and being snapped up by one of the more “elite” salons. Although, I will always support humble roots and true artistry. Small business and family owned locales will always be near and dear to my heart. Eric did such a tremendous job on my eyebrows! I was extremely hesitant on changing the shape and going thicker but he worked his magic on me! He’s VERY meticulous and knows what brow shape looks good on your face. Trust me and get your brows done by him! I also HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR NAILS DONE BY HIM AS WELL! I do my own nails so I’m SUPER SUPER SUPER picky about my nails. Whenever I get my nails done by other people, I go home and reshape and repaint them. However, Eric does a PERFECT job on my nails. Like I said, HES VERY METICULOUS! Thank you again, and god bless your soul.

This place is a joke. You have to go through some extensive sign up process just to book an appointment, including a credit card number, as if it were an exclusive salon. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and found a shabby place next to the Dollar Tree, and the person doing my nails seemed not to know or care that I had made an appointment. Quality was bare bare minimum.

Got my eyebrows waxed, and had a classic mani pedi. The place is gorgeous and neat. Staff was welcoming and sweet. Services were of high quality. Excellent place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Its one of Dixons best kept secret!

I would have given more stars because the service wasnt bad. I only left one star because they ran my card and I said I wanted to leave a $6 dollar tip. I checked my account and she made it a $7 tip. I know its just a dollar but it was my dollar and it was dishonest.

DO NOT WAX HERE! The most awful waxing experience I have ever had and I’ve gotten waxed so many times in this life at other places. The lady took 1hr 30 mins just to do a full leg wax, something that takes less than 30 mins! And the crazy part was she just didnt know what she was doing. IT WAS SO PATCHY, and terrible. Got charged a whopping 68 dollars (including for underarms)! COMPLETE JOKE! I was speechless after. No I WAS TRAUMATISED. what the hell!

The whole place is just excellent. So glad Mia is back.

Was referred by a client of Mias - whom I had complimented on her beautiful nails (manicure), when I made an appt for mani/pedi, i was advised Mia is too busy with brow/lash work to do my nails. Was asked if other employee would be ok, I agreed reluctantly since I was worried about quality of mani/pedi... sure enough my nails turned out unevenly filed, jagged, different lengths/shapes..polish on skin, large bump of polish on thumbnail....
