Built an awesome gaming PC for me at an extremely reasonable rate. Everyone was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure I had the components and look that I was aiming for. There was no rush to get something done quickly, but when we had everything decided, I had my new rig 2 days later. The performance is amazing. Griffin took the time to contact me a few days later to make sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied. Will definitely continue to use them for my needs!

Griffin Computer made our move to our new office very smooth. They set up our new network at the office so we had minimal downtime and are quick to troubleshoot any issues we have. Their technicians are friendly, professional, and work quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I brought In My laptop to have him look at it. I dropped it off and got a call a couple hours later from him saying it won’t take charge. That used to be an issue I had with it. I hadn’t used my laptop for about a week prior to brining it in so I thought the issue came up again. Once I brought my laptop back home it took charge just fine. He was gunna charge me to order another power cord that was “unique” to that laptop. This charging issue wasn’t the ordinal purpose for me bringing it in.I’m summary he claimed an issue that wasn’t there and was going to charge me a part to fix it in addition to fixing the original problem. Don’t trust him.

Super friendly! They really know what there doin over there

Called for a used power supply. Had called 3 other places, one of which was very rude. Staff at Griffin was very polite, took the time to find out wear I needed. Even searched the back, and tested one he found while I was on the phone. Taking the time to help, and not seem like I was an inconvenience since I wasnt looking to spend big dollars goes a long way in my book.Shop was very clean, and well decorated. Staff was as friendly in person as on phone.Location is ok, but not ideal. We all know parking on 1st Street is sometimes problematic.

I wish that I could give a better rating like the others. I loved that it was a family business and wanted to so give our support. But sorry to say we had a dishonest experience. We had two incidents. One we were told it would cost $140 to fix our laptop and that it wasnt under warranty. Only to find out that it was. The other is to long to explain.
