Friendly service. Great internet quality for those who live in the country.

I had an issue with a few trees on my property that were impacting my reception from D.C.s satellite. Brandon was very patient with me and did everything in his power to get me the best reception. I will stay with and recommend D.C. Computers to anyone their service is available to. Good luck on growing even larger!

I cannot tell you how amazing the service is with this company! They are kind and friendly, and when I call, I speak to an actual person! The internet service is awesome, and if there does happen to be a problem, they fix it so quickly! No waiting on hold for hours and then waiting days to get it fixed!

DCs price is right, but you get what you pay for. We live in the country and switched from Rise to DC and have regretted it each month or so when our internet goes out.You better hope your internet doesnt go down because they must only have 1 or 2 service people because they seem to get overwhelmed fast. Their most recent response, Check our Facebook page for status. You know, the Facebook from the internet. The internet thats down and thats why Im calling. Kind of like telling a mechanic your car wont start and having them tell you to drive it in so they can check it out.They are really nice people, and pricing is low, thus the 2 stars. Id give 3 more for reliability.

Great Internet provider! Reasonable & responds quickly when needed!

My internet had gone out late on a Friday night, so I sent them an email about it. By Saturday morning, they had responded to my email, and it was back up and running! I did not have to call and wait on the phone for hours as I have had to do for other internet providers. They were very responsive and they are very reasonably priced, as well. I am very happy with their service!

There is no Communication between the office and the techs and there is for sure none with the customer. We have been wAiting A week to get our Wi-Fi/ internet fixed and once again the tech was a no show with no call to let us know that. Im thinking we should have stayed with our old provider.

Some things seem a little pricey at first glance, but you DEFINITELY get your moneys worth with full warranties and great, personal service. Even handles manufacturer warranty issues for you, which REALLY helps, since some companies have a truly byzantine process for RMAs and other service issues.
