This was the first time that I requested a tow service, for some reason I thought It was going to be a difficult process but towing made it look so easy. I got a flat tire and a guy pulled over to offer help, unfortunately I didnt had a spare. He said he knew a good company and gave me the phone number. The whole process was really easy and they provided a great service. I saved their number just in case. Thanks for all your help.

Shout out for heavy duty towing! I had to have my car towed twice in the last year with these guys and both times they went beyond the bar to help me out. The drivers were both friendly and made conversation, if you ever need your rig towed these are the guys to do it at an affordable price. Their office staff is great to. Such a reliable company. My car broke down yesterday morning while I was driving in a hurry to a meeting, so not the best way to start your day. I called Heavy Duty Towing Diamond Bar since they have helped me before. I like that they always answer the phone right away. They went ahead and sent one of their drivers, who worked fast to put my car in the tow truck. The dispatcher is the first image of the company and I have to tell that I was impressed with the service that I got. His first approach: Im sorry that this happened to you but that is our purpose to help you out. Im more than happy to help you the best that I can. I giving the company the five stars not only for a prompt response and send the tow truck operator, as well for the excellent service, They deserves a five star. The car was picked up about 8:45 am and I arrived to my meeting thanks to the print action of the people of this company. I really appreciate your help.

Anyways, when I lived in Washington for 2 years, the term towing company was grotesque. All they did out there were tow cars parked in ambiguously marked unauthorized areas. I used my insurance for this matter so you never know what kind of company will come to help you. Lucky for me, I had Heavy Duty Towing Diamond Bar come and help with my flat tire. I would definitely use them again if I needed a towing company. They called with status updates on where they were and came within an hour to assist. The driver was very courteous and an overall nice guy. He walked through each step with me on what he was doing and when he realized the car had a spare (not sure why the insurance company did not think it had one), he showed me how to use all those tools hidden in the back of an SUV to release the tire and replace it. He went above and beyond making sure that insurance would cover everything and on such a hot day, really went the extra mile to get me back on the road. I got into a small colission and the car was not drivable. I needed to request a tow service and heavy duty towing was one of the firsts options. I called and they quoted me a pretty good price for the job. They got to the site on time and provided a good service.

Very prompt and professional. Really helped us out. Good People. Highly recommended. I called them to tow my 32’ class A allegro bay motorhome and I was surprised with the help I received. The guy really cared about my vehicle and he even recommended a good place to have it painted. The price was fair too.
