I have a Eco-Diesel 1500 Ram and I usually go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes. My oil changes run 200+ bit Jiffy Lube always has coupons. I absolutely trust the employees with the work they perform and their suggestions. I have ALWAYS had a great experience at all my Jiffy Lube locations.

Ive been going here for years even after I moved out of the area, I still remained loyal but today I decided to change my own oil and what I found was appalling. The filter they used from my last visit was the cheapest on the market. But what really burned me up was my 5.1 Q reservoir only had about 2 quarts in it. My engine is not leaking. Nothing is leaking so it was definitely from only putting in small amount of oil. How can they possibly justify this when Ive been so loyal. Wow. Criminal. I got jipped. No wonder hes been giving me coupons with a smile. The coupons kept me coming back to the complete rip off. He would probably go home laughing about how much he scammed customers like me. Ugh

They broke everything down for me for prices and knew what i needed. Cast alservice and highly recommended

I ask just have oil change, they also took off air filter and which the air filter are very dirty, since they took off, I Ill have to change it. Sounds like they are doing good service job. After they finish it, I trying to drive home, not even 500 feet, the car wouldnt give power and move, I turned back and check with my own OBDII scan, it shows P3190To me the car was running okay when get there, after oil change, it fails, and when searching the web, youll see it is one of common issue happen after oil change and they trying to deny its happen

I changed engine oil and next day oil was leaked.i wend back there .manager said worker miss part so leaking was happened.Today I stop by to change oil at other place.It turned out that they messed up thread of bolt for tank and seal with glue.They are not good worker.Be careful peopleThey will mess your car and it will cost you lots of money.

Had an oil change now after less then a week i get a oil low on my dashboard hope they didnt do me dirty smh

Nice worker, but, horrible service from the manager who was unnecessarily harsh and abrasive when I asked that I get the same service I got last time and showed my receipt.$80 for a non long life oil change is about $15-25 more than the same service I get from my reputable local garage.Not recommended at all

I dont know what kind of trick they want to put or they really dont know what they are doing. Two cars, the lady after me and myself, they said they could not open up the hood for oil change. I did try to pull the leveler and it was loose, but I did not try to open up the hood when I was still in their shop. I trust him and I thought the cable was really broken, my car and the other ladys car, what a coincident. After they refuse the service, I drove my car off and immediately I found the hood was loosen. The hood actually was open but it did not pop up and they did not even bother try to check. I had to stop by the curb side and close the hood. I pulled the opener and tried to see if the hood can be opened again. And of course it does. The hood may not pop up but you can feel the hinge and hear the hood had be released. What kind of nechanic are they? Dont go there, they dont know what they are doing.

Drove up 30 minutes before they closed and they welcomed me in and had me out the door in 20 minutes! Since the car wash was already closed they gave me a rain check for it. Warm, friendly and efficient service!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The mechanic Joey who rang me up, attempted to speed talk to simply upcharge and leave customers confused. Once I asked about the actual pricing it was outrageous, however, he claimed they had already drained my oil so I couldnt go elsewhere unless I just wanted him to top it off. I suggest the staff here speak to the client before beginning and learn some better customer service skills.

Good service but they dont have a free car wash with an oil change any longer

Simple oil change, mess everything up. I ask for sinthetic oil. I ask for air filter change n check all my fluids. Nothing was done. Oh also they added conventional oil. Than they try to tell me it was sinthetic oil. Seriously this shop should be not in business.

Car wash oil change. Will not come back, my car wouldnt start, checked battery, no water in cells, had to buy new battery, called Jiffy Lube to complain, he said, that I have to ask them to check the battery. Bull, he was sorry, and will give me a 10% off next oil change, NOT.

My wife takes her car in to get the front light checked out the employee gave her attitude because they didnt want to do that next thing you know the AC is blowing out warm air . We took it back five minutes later and they told us we had a wait because they had another customer three employees were sitting around. Thanks Jiffy Lube for checking my headlight. Will not be back.

One of the nicer Jiffy Lubes I have been to. with a gift shop, yes a gift shop inside. The only confusing thing is that they have a car wash place right in front of it.

Robert helped me on a friday morning/afternoon in the summer 2013. It was really busy, I got the oil change and the carwash. The carwash is free if you do not get any upgraded car wash. If you get an upgraded car wash its at a discounted rate. I was there for about 40 minuets with the oil change and car wash and there were 2 cars in front of me. I also recieved a printout of other things that I can get done at later times and recommendations of when to come in to get better deals on certain things. Ive seen other posts here beating up the service of this place but I never recieve any problems. I normally go to the dealer to get most of the work on my car. In between major check ups i come to this jiffy lube and Robert is usually there to make sure things are going smoothly. What I tell all of the people that have problems at this particular place, ask for Robert and he will take care of it to the best of his ability.
