So I am from out of town and my car broke down on 15. After being towed to Firestone because it was only place open for weekend since we broke down Friday early evening and I am supposed to go back to northern Cali Sunday, he helped me get a rental from enterprise and get set up to bring it to where I wouldn’t lose my maxcare for my warranty. I think his name was Mike and he didn’t even have to help me, but went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I can’t say enough about how much he helped us without even being a customer.

Had emergency because of a blowout in the freeway from a nail. I pulled up and the customer service was very helpful. She knew that I was flustered and was sensitive for that. It made it much less stressful and Im grateful for that

I really trust this place, and I have learned not to trust these places. Ive been going there for years and always get it right.

I made a reservation for 9:00 a.m. for wheel alignment. When I dropped the car at 9:00 a.m. I told the staff that I am going to pick up the car before closing at 6:00 p.m. I was told that this is OK because the car will be ready by noon. When I came for pick up around 5:30 p.m. the car was parked at the space I left it at 9:00 a.m. and later I found out that the work has not started yet at all!!!!! Nobody bothered to give me a call and inform me that the car will be ready later. I was rushing to make the pick up on time for no reason!!! Not even in the most terrible dreams I would came to the idea that your employees were not able to start the work in 9 hours!!! I had to wait approximately 45 minutes for the car to be ready and honestly I DON’T EVEN BELIEVE that all the work could be completed in such a short time. It usually takes half a day!! I was considering to purchase the life time alignment to my other car but after this experience I will better pay $50 more to the local shop which I have cross the street than using Firestone again. I am 52 years old and this was the worst experience I have ever had with my car service. I totally don’t care that the employees called sick at that day. This is really not my problem.

Zero star. Came in and they told me I needed an oil change right after i got one and told me my tire couldnt be fixed when it was fine. Total bs. Took it to americas tire and they fixed it no problem. Wow total scammers

My car wouldnt start and I had a buddy look at it for me and he told me looks like the timing belt is bad. I had it towed to Firestone to get a confirmed 2nd opinion. The next day they tell me my timing belt is shredded resulting in internal damage to the engine. Since I have an interference engine, they said I would need to take it to an engine shop to repair. Long story short, clearly they never even looked at my car and only wanted the $99 diagnostics charge. I towed it back home and had my brother look at it. He changed the timing belt same day and it started up perfectly. He told me the belt was only missing three teeth and was nowhere near being shredded as Firestone stated. Bunch of crooks couldnt even give an honest diagnostics. I will NEVER take any car I own to any Firestone again. They are the most dishonest mechanics I have ever come across

This place charged me $41 to patch one punctured tire on my car. I view this as a rip off. Wow.

Maybe next time you guys should check whether you are able to unlock the tires lock before having your customer to leave the vehicle there, so the customers wont need to spend on Uber travel back and forth just to help you figure out the fact OH, WE CANNOT REPLACE THE TIRES FOR YOU.

Good service. I went there to change one tire but at the end I they changed all my tires. They did take a long time to change the tires though.

Unfortunately, they have just lost a customer. As always, they are taking 90 minutes longer than I was assured. Theyre nice guys, but stand around talking too much. This is my 5th time using them in 3 years and every time they tell me 1 hour its 2.5. When they assure me 2 hours its 3.5. Its the strangest thing, but all 5 times theyve run 90 minutes slower than they state. What a waste of time, one I Will Not be part of again.

Jerico and his team have been helping our family cars for years. I have always gotten speedy and professional service from them at very reasonable prices. I genuinely believe that their honest approach and sincere attitudes go a long way! Just today, my landrover went in for electrical issues and engine start problems. I got all the issues resolved replacing a melted malfunctioning wire. No overselling or recommending unnecessary replacements, Jerico took care of the problem on the same day. We need more honest merchants like his teams in Diamond bar!

Worst customer service experience ever. I took my daughters car in to have brakes inspected and when jesus called he said the car needed front brake pads and rotors. When i asked him if the pads were metal to metal he said well it was needed. I had to ask the same question 3 times to get a straight answer. I asked him how much to just replace the pads without the rotors he replied that they had to replace all or they would not do anything. So i told him that they were not to do anything. This store has told us the same thing with my car. All or nothing at all seems to be their way. Not everyone can afford to just give them carte blance. They need to learn more about customer service. Warning to anyone who is considering taking their vehicle to this place, dont do it.

Brought in my vechile for a routine suspension inspection. Minutes after driving out the parking lot my clutch goes out. When confronting Jose, his response, we can get you a tow truck...or...inspect the clutch for the problem which you will have to pay for the repairs. This statement clearly signals red flags that yes there is an issue and yes they have made a mistake. Second thing to note tires improperly put on after inspection. Would advice avoiding this store and especially anyone driving a manual transmission. They will ruin your clutch and state it as a preexisting condition. Word of advice Do not sign the paperwork after inspecting your vechile and driving it around a bit my only regret...

They don’t do job right at first place. This is my third visit to repai brakes. It’s not worth your time. They will not give drop-off service and make you wait for 2-3 hours.

I love bridgestone tired and they will price match or beat other places that carry there brand bridgestone or Firestone plus they have toyo tired to witch if I cant get the good tires at lest my wallet thanks me the techs are great very friendly but very busy I would strongly recommend making an appointment because everyday they are slam packed so I just leave my car there and usually just pick it up before they close, they go above and beyond whether I bring my car or my family does keep up the great work

They are very busy and rush their jobs. Things arent properly installed back into place. Dont fall for the lifetime alignment, big time scam. You will end up waiting for your car all day and the technicians wont do a proper job.
