Eva handled our Escrow and Title Insurance for our VA Refinance Mortgage Loan.Eva Barrios answered or returned our phone calls immediately. Would not work with this escrow ever again. After a 3 months long escrow, and the seller going to escrow multiple times, they ask us to fund, and they were still missing signatures and initials... unbelievable.
