The access hours are very convenient, and the units and entire area are clean and well maintained. The staff is also accommodating and quick to respond to any questions.

I was looking for a place to store my RV when I ran across Storage ETC Diamond Bar. I called and spoke to Gerardo and asked him what I needed in order to store it there. He gave me all the details so I gathered all my paperwork and took off, I was running a bit late and he was kind enough to wait for me before they closed. He kindly greeted me when I got there and quickly got all the paperwork done and showed me to my spot. The place is very secure and clean and I would definitely recommend it.

This location is great for the commuter - right next to the 60 and 57 freeways. Its very clean whenever I come here and the manager there is always helpful and friendly. Prices for the units are fair compared to others in the area, so cant complain there. All in all, great place to rent.

I looked at a few places before renting here and I can honestly say this is by far the best place to rent. Their prices are very reasonable, specially because this facility is all one level, which made it very easy for my movers to unload all my items and saved me some money. They also manage to keep the grounds and units very clean, and the girl in the office was very helpful and friendly.

This storage place has drive up convenience for us. It is wheelchair accessible for my mom. The key pads are code activated and the employees are very helpful plus we can come here everyday! Thats fantastic.

What I have is simply a phone experience. I called simply asking for pricing on a couple sizes of units. Turns out I have to give my phone number and more just to get it. What happened to those times when I can ask a simple question without nonsense like this. Turns out Storage Etc, me and My Company will not be doing business with you. I feel its important to consider (potential) customers request more important than a software or marketting agenda. Grady you did your job however your company failed your ability to create a relationship with your (potential) customers to seal the deal. Hope you change Guys!

Needed to help to secure a unit in by April 1st. Was looking around the area at different storage places, but I like this one by far. Prices are around the same as the other storage places, but the Manager here is super friendly and super helpful when it came to helping me find the right sized unit to fit my needs. Also, place it really clean and well kept, and easy to find right off the 57 and 60 freeways.

I have been storing my belongings at here for a few months now and Im very happy. The facility is clean, secure, and well managed. The first time that I went in Arianna was so warm and welcoming it was very refreshing. -Its the kind of customer service that is rare these days.

I shopped around the area and found that this location has the best competitor prices. The location has great surveillance cameras, it’s cleaned and well maintained. I ended up renting two units here and my movers found it easy to maneuver around the isles with the moving truck. I will also like to give five stars to the staff for being so patient and helpful.

I recently rented a storage unit at this location and am very satisfied with the customer service and facility. The pricing and lease agreement is straightforward and competitive. The staff were very helpful. The location looks very safe, they even have great surveillance cameras that monitor 24hrs. Everything is first floor very convenient for my move in. Did I forgot to mentioned the facility is so clean, I’ve been to other places and trust me I know how dirty some storages can be. I definitely recommend this location.

If the company is bad, I want you to be aware of the pitfall.With that said, I like this PARTICULAR location for renting. Its ideal along the 60 and 57 freeways. The manager there is super duper friendly and personable and even opens the gate sometimes so I dont even have to get out of my car. Plus the facility is pretty clean and well kept.

This used to be a warm, friendly business.A corporation came in, and now they raised our rates to cover their new mortgage, and we get a cold, uncaring business face behind the counter.We are moving out. There are MUCH CHEAPER storage facilities elsewhere.Dont waste your time.

Facility was very clean, the property manager was very friendly, and the location easy to get to (right off of the 57 and 60 freeway). The only thing I would say is that I wish they had more of the bigger units which I need. other than that, this is the place to rent from!

They keep raising the rent and demanding insurance and they are pricing themselves out of my marketReplying to their reply: I just moved out. Instead of paying $310 a month I am paying $113 a month a few minutes away. Storage etc is grossly overpriced.
