The staff has a bad attitude and they speak loudly. When I rented a warehouse here, the staff told me that the tenth of this month to the tenth of the next month is a month ，After receiving the error message, I paid another month. I paid off the arrears a long time ago, that is, 3/9/2021, 3.30 pm. I went to the service center and rented a larger warehouse. She told me that I was owed，But I have paid and asked her to check the system usage for me. She said she didnt know, she didnt know anything about it, she was very troublesome, unhappy, very loud and had a bad attitude. This is not my fault! This is a problem with your companys management. I only need to get the information I should know, but they cant manage such a bad company and employees with such a bad attitude! Why spend money to be angry!！I went to Customer today，Very good attitude，Public Storage is not worth choosing！3/9/2021, the employee who goes to work at 3.30 pm, if you are not happy to work there, leave. Dont bring emotions to customers. This will damage your companys image! Very bad person

Reina was incredibly kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with my unit even in this pandemic. She was truly a pleasure and made my day with her kindness. Great job public storage; staff like that is what business should be about.

With everything going on in the world it’s assuring to know how employees at this location take caution with every customer due to Covid I recently came in and seen Candice sanitizing wiping everything down and disinfecting everything right after a customer left. Great service

Normally I find a middle ground with businesss reviews, however, having been burglarized 7 times at this facility with no contact nor concern from any level leaves with with only one option; To rightly slam this Public Storage.I have lost 85% of what I had stored there without any empathy or verbal apology. So, if thats too negative so be it. I was robbed, they just keep on ticking... Insurance doesnt replace a sense of Security.

Candice is very nice and provided great service I don’t rent at this location however the one I do rent at the manager is never in the office he always has a clock sign up and makes it hard for me to make a payment or access office for anything I might need to I explained my frustration to Candice and she was apologetic understanding and assured me that on days payments are due she try’s to be in the office as much as possible I will for sure come back to this location to make payments

Was iffy about storage facilities. I ended up going anyways since I need to have some stuff out and I have never felt so much reassurance before at any business. Alexis was very detailed and professional with her information about the space and what kind of service they offer. The office was very clean and she was 100% accurate with her information. Regina, was amazing she show 5 different units how ever they ditn had any left in the bottom floor. I will call her again in couple weeks because I just move to a smaller place and I need this stuff in storage great prices to 300 I cna get a 10x20 that’s not bad at all and the storefront is 2 blocks away from home.

I had an amazing experience with the manager Julianna. It is quite difficult to encounter courteous, friendly, and caring people in businesses today; therefore, I was at awe with Julianna and her impressive customer service. She such good care of me and made sure I was well informed and showed everything I needed to feel comfortable. She is incredibly amazing. Public storage is blessed to have such an incredible employee.

Im typically not one to write reviews but the staff here is nothing short of great. Diamond was very helpful when I spoke with him over the phone. He was patient and helped me resolve my concerns quickly and efficiently.

I’m a customer here in the first building, I was going to move out because majority of the staff are rude . I came in and Mrs Regina was the one available she apologized and help me with by bad lock I had. The issue was my lock was faulty and she got it to work . She spend 25 min with me with non bad comments . And I appreciated her for that . I’m staying. Here as long as this young lady it’s here.

The facilities are not secure we were burglarized and provide what you need to get moved (freight lifts, push carts, padlocks) and are pretty insecure since the units are monitored on site (supposedly) Candice was very helpful in getting me set up quickly and efficiently. The only drawback besides getting robbed blind I would say is to make sure you get a unit that has a light inside, it can be difficult to move things around in near-darkness.

Let me just say- I don’t do reviews, but I’m on here because of Alexis. She has been nothing but a SWEETHEART throughout my storage stay with Public Storage. If you have the chance to encounter this manager, you will definitely be in the best of hands and more. Out of all my customer service encounters with employees of certain businesses...she is ultimately the best by far. Public storage is definitely being represented splendidly by her. I have nothing but good things to say at the least. I just wanted to thank Alexis for the beautiful person she is, inside and out and for always be uniquely kind hearted.

This Public Storage is always well-kept. Especially with Covid in affect...you can tell the business cares about clean environment, sanitation, and obligation of face masks.They have signs posted that inform all customers of the protocols they’re following and cooperating with and that makes me feel safe with times like these. Candice also let me know to call the front office if I needed any questions answered of any sort.

I had a reservation here and the service was excellent! I did not rent because they didnt have a space big enough for my stuff. Griselda was so helpful trying to find me a space even though it was at other stores. She really took her time to find out exactly what I needed. I think it is very rare this day in age that someone takes their time to help even when they know they are not getting your business. I will be checking back to see if they have a big enough space for me. Everything was clean and looked safe. Ill wait to store here.
