This was the worst experience I ever had in doing business. I was bated and switched, the young lady showed me the box for a iPhone 6 and a iPhone 7. She told me the iPhone seven was the larger phone. I said ok, I gave her my money. Once I saw the actual phone out of the box. I told her it was to small I didnt want it. To make a long story short I asked for my money back several times. I was told I could get my money less 50.00 and lose my phone number I hadnt even left the store yet. I have the small iPhone 7 and they were unable to transfer my information to my new phone. After several attempts to resolve this situation. I called to try to speak to a manger the same young lady refused to give her manger my number without talking to her first. I am so done with this store and boost mobile. I going back to metro today. I was without phone service from 1pm to 5:45pm and till 6:50 to let them try to transfer my information to the new and they were unable to do it. I am now carry two phone in order to do my job. I wanted to give them zero stars.
I purchased a portable charger from this place and it didnt work! I tried to return it and the store manager said there were no refunds! The product didnt work! He didnt give me my money back!!!!!!
