The access program is terrible as far as customer service goes I have had my account active for two weeks but havent been able to access my internet I called and is getting the run arounds I was told two felix tech should have came to my house and noone have came just ridiculous
You all are crooks and have horrible customer service and out right shady billing! I definitely do not recommend your service to anyone!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Last year, when I initially signed up, I was told my rates would stay the same for 2 years. I called customer service today as I was alerted through email that my rates were going up by $25.00 a month! So it’s going to cost me about $140.00 a month for cable and internet. I found out the rates I had were a customer special for the 1st year only. The rep proceeded to forward my call to someone who could help work with the rate as she didn’t want to lose a ‘loyal’ customer. That department was closed, which means I have to call again.Unfortunately, in my area, there are only 2 options. However the other option is trying to lure me back with way better pricing.Not only is the pricing going up but AT&T charges extra for NBA channels which the other service doesn’t. And the internet connection has not been as reliable. I have had to restart the modem several times.I feel AT&T scammed me by not revealing the pricing I initially got was temporary. Not sure how long I will continue being a ‘loyal’ customer because I don’t like being lied to.
I would like a phone number for AT&T here in Michigan or U. S. AKA United States. Im stressed talking to people out of the country and not understanding them. KEEP AMERICANS EMPLOYED. Now either I get a direct phone for someone to talk to here, or I WILL drop my internet with AT&T and go with Comcast that I dislike soooo much, but I will. I have phoned AT&T at least 17 times and could not get anyone IN THE UNITED STATES. If were supporting out of the country, I hope Trump finds out and do something about not supporting U.S. PEOPLE!!
I bought my iphone NEW from Best Buy and paid it off in FULL. AT&T locked it so that I couldnt use SIM cards outside of the United States which nearly cost me my job. Ive tried emailing them to unlock it and they said I cant unlock it because I havent been an AT&T customer in 60 days. I was NEVER an AT&T customer. Im getting a lawyer.
Less than 1 star. Im reviewing this branch because I dont know what else to review to express my discontent. Let me make it clear - service was good during the time I had it, internet was good, tv was good, had no problems for 19 months. Even though they randomly increased on me without my knowledge. When I moved, I tried to bring them with me. As I continued on and on with pointless conversations with them, they promised me certain internet speeds, tv, etc. They also promised to leave notes on my account. Every time I spoke to someone new, whether to make up my mind or because I was disconnected, the entire convo started fresh. This was not acceptable. I truly wanted to continue to use them. But when I was promised 100 internet speed and then that was dropped to 5 when I created the contract, thats where about the third red flag went up. Continual downhill from there. Customer service trash with their communication (asked multiple times from different people to transfer my account to a friend or relative, also they knew no details). And then I was disconnected when almost complete after over an hour of chatting. Then their site went down and kicked me out of any chat option. Disgusted.
This the worst of the worst I hate i ever left cable TV I will be returning ASAP. Customer service is the worst thing I ever in my LIFE experience. I wish I would had looked at the reviews before switching to Direct TV and AT&T I though I will give them a try nothing but problems been on the phone for over 2 hours! Im so mad. I sure all those 4 & 5 stars are people that work there. I never will do this again
