I never have to wait for service they are really polite and work fast! I bought wind shield wipers and they replaced them because one wasn’t working well. They even offer water or pop While you wait. Since I moved to this neighborhood 2 1/2 years ago this is the only place I get my oil changed at.

There was no waiting to get service! You dont even have to get out of the car! Theyre buzzing around checking everything. The guys are nice to chat with & gave me an ice cold water. It was service with a smile. 😃 I just drove in & was out in less than 20 mins compared to 2 hours at the dealer last time when I had appointment!! I like this way better!!

Whoa. The owner, Ali, is amazing. My girlfriend and I came on a Sunday when he was holding down the fort all by himself due to an employee not making his shift, and we were still in and out in 25 minutes. He explained up front to us how long the wait would be and then got us both in, side by side, and did both of our cars at once! Ali was super courteous and very very very professional. This place is in the neighborhood for us, but Id be willing to travel here just for the amazing service. Oh, and great prices too: My car is older and he didnt try to upsell me needlessly on a synthetic when my car does just fine on conventional. Six stars.

I went 10 days ago and got my oil changed. My oil indicator light was programmed off at that time. 2 days ago the light came back on so I took my car back in to have them check on it. I was told the oil stick is stuck because the engine was too hot he sprayed wd40 and I was told come back the next day. Well I came back 2 days later. And the oil stick came out, he showed me the stick and it was dirty. He told me your a quart low and I said that oil is dirty which made me believe they never changed my oil. I will be contacting their corporate office.If you get your oil changed here watch them CLOSELY!!

Ive been going here for years... Dee the mechanic is my favorite but the owner and his friends.... This dude took off the cover to my motor, instead of the hose to the air filter, destroying my canister purge valve. Check enigine light came on and my car wouldnt start for 30 mins. Took my car somewhere else and they informed me he, (VIP), didnt need to take it off. Needless to say, they wont fix the part they broke. Gotta give my money and families money to somebody else.

I been a customer for a long time now. I never had a bad experience. Dee is the reason Im a regular, yet they all provide great customer service, work fast, and never try to get over. I love when my fiancé tell me he took my car to have an oil change but I hate when I see the sticker and its not from VIP on grandriver. Great job guys

Check the oil. They refill the bottles, glue the caps back on and charge extra like its mobile 1. Have them open the carton and check the seal as well. Dont get the oil out the pumps.
