Problems started with driver, deliver only once and didnt make anymore attempts, wrote on paper that I refuse, I didnt even see him, I saw him drive pass my house twice, I thought there were more then 1 driver for my area. Customer service didnt believe me, and claim they were sending my packages back. UPS, used be self respect company now its like loose organization that has people, using the company like a video game, picking and choosing where to deliver. Placed like this need Strong arm to get back control. Even Customer service, doesnt care about the company, whoever owns this once proud company, you need to step up and take back.

The worse customer service Ive ever had. The person & or people I spoke with were rude, I could barely get a word in. I had a package that needed to be returned through UPS, & Amazon set up my return, & the driver was suppose to bring a printed label, & no UPS driver showed up to pick up the package. I made three different attempts to get them to do there job, & itwas UPSs fault for not showing up to my house. What a mess they have going on at this location! Never do business with them, they are very unprofessional!

Worst service ever, constant harassment, 3 plus years, refusing to deliver, sending items back, apologies for making me show id and the say they wont do it again and still does it, had me in tears so many times, even sent a supervisor to my home and I was so humiliated, I had to find my id to recieve a battery I paid for and the supervisor promised me after seeing my id, that it would never happen again, it has multiple times with refusing to send my paid for packages, the reason,...that people steal in my neighborhood so, the dont want to send it??? Tf?

If I could give a 0 I would. Worst customer experience ever. Paid for overnight shipping. Driver came to my house ( I was not there as I work for a living). Instead of leaving the package as what is normally done, they leave a note indicating an adult signature was required. Come to find out later from customer support that NO signature was required. But before then I asked if the package could be held and I would go pick it up at the station. They said no problem and that the facility was open until 9p. I got there at 7 and sure as the sun rises it was closed and a sign said open only mon-fri 2p-5p. Let me repeat 2p-5p. What the hell kind of hours are those?!? I call customer support again this second call is when I find out that the driver could have left the package all along as no signature was required. I then ask if they can re attempt and they try to tell me no because it was already changed to hold for pickup. I spent nearly an hour and a half going back and forth about this. They tell me that I have to wait until Monday (it is Friday now) and that I have to go pick it up at the station....which is only open 3hrs.a.day....how can you cansider yourself a customer and service focused business when you cant even complete the task of delivering my package and then cant even have reasonable hours for your service center. I mean 2p-5p?!! That is just mind boggling. If a member of management at this facility or corporate would like to contact me regarding this I would be very open to discussing a resolution.

Terrible service and my package hasnt even arrived. Spent over 90 minutes on hold trying to get answers. Told lies that they tried to deliver, then it was I never answered their call. The challenge is no accountability for UPS, as like most big companies. I also dont care about UPSs privacy policy that is played while on hold! #terrible

I rate this only for whomever delivers on the weekend. For a 3rd time the driver has stated my package was delivered and nothing. Yes, I can call the sender and inform them but I sat at home all day by the window this time working and nothing. Checked the status at 5pm, It stated out for Delivery. Check at 5:30pm, it says delivered to front porch at 5:15pm. Their Customer Service is outsourced so they sound like they dont care. It was Saturday, so now it will be next business day. Smh, either the driver on the weekend cant read or.....Very frustrating when you have people waiting for their goods.Judging by the many complaints Ive read. Its a frequent problem that needs to be addressed.Its also upsetting to know that some people who receive wrong packages just wont do the right thing. Ive gotten in my car plenty of times and personally delivered items that are not mine. Its usually just a few houses down. Sigh

I cant say that my visit was the best. I was sad to find out that I couldnt pay with cash, only your credit card. And then I have a cash app card wish they wouldnt take.😞 So I had to run across the street to Family Dollar and get a prepaid card, which of course gave me trouble as well. I can say, 2 minutes before closing I did manage to send my paperwork. 👍The staff was very helpful.

Fast service. Received help with the size of box. Box was packed nice and tight without room for the items to bang around on the inside. The help was given with a smile on his face and a smile in his voice. Best service in town is my opinion. The price was also good.

The amazing cashier helped me reseal about 20 boxes which made a line. She was very patient and kind. She thoroughly explained that properly sealing the boxes prevents possible leakage. Thanks to her I had no issues.

I told them that my package was there and they told me I had to go to the midtown lockers despite me telling them that customer service told me it was at the center. Most unorganized lazy person working at the desk this morning. I received notification that my package was there and ready to be picked up. I get there, and had to wait ten minutes for the lady to even come to the counter. There was a note at the counter that said “be back in 5 minutes.” Someone else who was waiting called the number of this location to let them know that they had customers waiting. When she got back, she said “oh I’m sorry. I went on a coffee run.” Then I was told that my package was not there. I called the UPS 1800# and they stated that it should absolutely be there. They started an investigation on my package. I decided to call back this location to find out why she said my package isn’t there when it should be. A different person answered the phone and he told me that yes it is there, and that if they were still open he would easily be able to give it to me. It just was not moved to the front area, but was indeed in the building. This woman who first helped us did not even make an effort to look for my package and I’m extremely annoyed because the contents inside the package were a birthday present for TODAY. Which is why I needed this TODAY. I’m extremely aggravated and upset with this location.

DO NOT USE UPS! If you want zero customer service, someone that is rude lacks respect, does not care...this is your place. If you want a manger that answers the phone whats your problem? with attitude this is your place.If you have one ounce of class use FEDEX, the USPS, or wait for Santa Claus. This UPS location has zero customer service.When I attempted to pick up my package, the guy behind the counter gives me the line this is a one time deal, I should be charging you for this...for what doing your job and giving me my package? I take in a passport and drivers license...Yes, I dont have an ID with an address in this state, IM NOT A RESIDENT OF THIS STATE! They match the name on the package, but I still get a verbal lashing in front of others due to this.UPS train your managers and employees correctly, I will never use UPS when another shipping option is given. NO ONE SHOULD BE SPOKEN TO OR HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID. If I could give them zero stars I would, stay away from UPS and the hell of what they will put you through.Until they can get customer service, review some policies, its not a company I intend to do business with.

Looking at your rating and these reviews, no wonder why my package, that mind you was supposed to be delivered for a very important job and was paid extra to be delivered on time because of that said job, was out for delivery twice yet somehow ended up in transit both times. Very unprofessional and I defiantly wont be doing business with UPS anymore unless they do something about your store, in particular.

Just called to check on the status of my package that I requested to pick up and couldnt get a word in with the employee. Package arrived Wednesday at their facility and she says I wont be able to pick it up until Monday. Every time I asked a question she cut me off before I could finish and was very rude.

I ordered some items and UPS gave me the run-around I was supposed to get it its supposed to be a two-day delivery they didnt come until the 4th of May but then the guy didnt ring my doorbell and so they sent it to some place and then when I caught the bus up there then he couldnt find it I had to get your supervisor from UPS to get on the phone with them to find my item UPS is not reliable and they told my car is going to come the next day and it never came nobody never rang my doorbell if you stay in an apartment you have to ring the doorbell and get a person the chance to get to the doorbell so thats why I gave them that and I wont ever use UPS again

Not crowded hence fast service. If you are returning a product to Amazon, they do NOT print return labels when you show them the code on the phone to scan. So dontd waste your time on that. Unless you printed the labels at home already.

This place is hell on earth. First of all, there is essentially zero signage indicating where you actually enter the building. The area is an absolute sht hole and shady as hell. Parking is in a mostly abandoned neighborhood. Once in the building, expect to be behind at least 4-5 other customers. Doesnt sound like much but expect to wait about 10 minutes per customer in front of you. You will have the pleasure of interacting with some of the most bitter, unhelpful souls on earth. The building also has no noticeable heat. I could see my breath inside. Once its finally your turn, even if you have all required paperwork and ID, theres about a 1 in 3 chance they wont be able to find your package and even if they do, they will try to find a reason why they cant release it to you. The will say something like, its not letting me give the package to you or its saying theres an error. They will give you no more explanation than this and whatever their little scanner device says is the final word. They treat all customers like they are pests and work so slowly and inefficiently it is as if they are trying their hardest to ensure you never return. This is all they are actually good at. If you have a problem and ask for a manager they will tell you they ARE the manager. Any other problems they will tell you to call they 1800 number and will stop making eye contact with you. I will never ever go back to this place. Avoid it like the plague unless you dont value your safety, time, and sanity.

My experience ...they never show up on the day its out for delivery ..delay to next business day ..only from Detroit ..all the rest of the UPS places on my packages trip had no problems getting my package to where it needed ..and I paid for three day delivery ..they delay at 2:30 in afternoon ...whole day of deliveries just get pushed to next day ...weird! how Detroit is the only one to do it .ugh very disappointed to see it out for delivery then poof nope nevermind, maybe tomorrow!

Told me over the phone they were open from 9-9. When I arrived at 730pm they were closed and told me I had to wait until 8pm to get my package. Then i had to wait in line for 15 minutes before someone even came to the counter to assist the first customer in line. Employee had no sense of urgency even though the line had now extended all the way out the door. I didnt have time to wait another hour for my package and am really dreading the fact that I now have to return to this horrible location.

I wish I couldnt rate this terrible location with 0 stars because thats what they deserve. The security guard is a complete pervert and the supervisor is a rude woman. Idk if it was a bad morning for her but they way she spoke to me when all I wanted to do was pick up my sons wagon was uncalled for. I wonder does ups Corperate actually read the reviews on their locations or send secret shoppers to spy on them to see how they really act. They would be shocked at how customers are treated and addressed. The supervisor deidra (I think thats how you spell it) needs to take some customer service classes and reevaluate her attitude. Without the customers she wouldnt have a job.
