I ordered an air fryer and it was processed through every other post office fine until it reached Detroit. Informed delivery stated that it was arriving late but still hasnt departed from Detroit. This was 5 days now and still no updates.

I went there today because of my Express mail did not delivery to one of business in this building.Ms.Cynthia tried to help me looking up where was my package the whole time I was there, she kept calling and checking with every places that she could. I really appreciated her help. I came home without knowing about the package yet but I feel much better that someone kept looking for me.I got notice from the business the end of the day. they did received my package in their mailbox in the morning.I am not happy about Express Mail service that got mix up in the process. But I am really grateful for everyone that tried to help me.

Packages sit at this place for no reason bought somthing from chicago and i live in west ohio and had to go to detroit for nothing been multiple times now very weird!!

They have repeatedly hung up on me when I called asking to speak to an agent. The stupid robot is so unhelpful this place is ridiculous.

My husbands EAD card was out for delivery on the 9th to and then it got marked as forwarded to new address . When government documents arent supposed to get forwarded anyways. His Ead Receipt letters was forwarded but not the EAD. The EAD still says in transit from Detroit distribution center for over a week now. We cant get a hold of anyone who has answers. If USPS lost the letter we have to re file and re pay $500 for your mistake! Its a government document it should have been returned to sender because USCIS would have been able to request a resend with new address.

Registered letter sent 2/8/2021. Sitting in transit from this facility for 7 days. Need my letter delivered.

I like the staff there - very helpful and nice. Also apparently ship my packages well because they always arrive! So no complaints.Oh its also clean, and inside a very nice building.NEXT TO STARBUCKS!!

Been waiting on a priority mail package sent from Detroit to a flint facility to be dispersed out for 5 days. And nothing, at first I.T said it’d be here by Thursday then last night said I.T was in transit to this area and now it’s sAying it’s still in Detroit getting sent out for transit now it’s the holiday weekend and i know i won’t be getting I.T by todayThis is crazy man i need my packages to come when they say I.T would come because I’ve paid for shipping.

This is the last location my package has been tracked to and it’s been there for days .I hope they’ll send it back my way soon .Shouldn’t have been sent to this location in the first place but I guess their services are as terrible as the customer service line.

A package ive ordered has been at this location for almost three days now. Im still waiting for any update on if its been shipped on to a new location. Update: package came after months of waiting.

Waited in line for 15 minutes to send a certified letter only to be told I needed to fill out the form first.The place where the forms are supposed to be is empty!Waited in line for another 15 minutes. Only to be given a form. To get in line again.

MY MAIL ALWAYS GETS LOST HERE!!!!! I had special bloodwork done and trying to send to California from MI it was supposed to be there this morning (express 1 day shipping paid for) and guess what it’s been in this facility since last night!!! Who works here they all need to get fired!!!!!!!

My package that was supposed to arrive a week ago asked moved from this last seen location and I do not know who to contact about this. Its going to be a week since I was supposed to get my package

I dropped my wallet in there by mistake. Cynthia called me after finding it and returned it to me safely the next day. She only accepted my humble thanks in return. I am a fan.

Ordered packages traveling on their way to my destination pass through here, only to be delayed or shipped in across the country in the wrong direction before another competent facility ships them back in the right direction.Third time Ive had a problem with ordered packages passing though here, only to have them fail to have their tracking numbers read and arrive well behind schedule - as long as a week, all because of this one place.Never met anyone, but never have I had a problem with ANY other USPS (or any) facility other than this one.

My package always gets stuck at this location for 4+ days when I order something online.. it passes through here and gets stuck.. I’m guessing they do this a lot.

Is someone keeping my mail? Our entire unit hasn’t had mail service in a week, really sad excuse of a service

Have multiple packages going out and coming in from here. And their ranging being stuck here 4-12 daysSeems abit extreme to charge for priority and have this delay and not get a partial refund.

The post office has become a joke. USPS should be shut down for good. Lost mail, stolen mail, wrong deliveries, all kinds of ridiculous problems, all at the hands of what employees that havent been replaced by computers are left.

Never had a problem or rude service here. Lines are sometimes long at lunch but thats to be expected. Wished they opened earlier than 10am though.

Mail hasn’t been delivered in two weeks

When you call this branch the message says ...stay on the line and your call will be picked up by an operator. This NEVER happens. It rings and rings and then the machine just hangs up on you. This has been going on for many days. Ive called them over 10 times a day and it hangs up every time.

Not even open when their hours say they are.

I have not been to this location but i live in flint and i shop online a lot and whenever i have a online order that is processed through this location it always gets stuck at this center for 5-15 days before moving again, or they just send it in the opposite direction and it gets sent right back to them and sits even longer, im betting that its an unorganized mess in there.
