Fd me real good on a carb overhaul kit for my riding mower. Paid 50 some odd dollars and half the pieces were missing. He said bag was taped because he looked to see if everything was in it, so he knew it was missing pieces

Just bought a new lawn mower with self propelled and push mower cost me $317 out of the door then do mowing see its great!

I changed my recommendation for this establishment based upon one phone call, after inquiring about the return of my lawnmower, after 10 days and then told the part is on backorder. Moreover, instead of being professional, I was told that I could :Pickup my damn lawnmower.

I deleted my earlier recommendation. Todays conversation was all I needed to hear. I will not pay and kiss the ring. Moreover, I will not be back.

Was myneighborhood mower parts and sharpening store but not after their rude interactions . If you walk up, front door open at 4:55pm to grab a spark plug or a quick quart of oil, expect to be told they’re closed and their clock is 10 mins fast like it’s a bar, your phone lies. I wasn’t trying to hang out and take up their time, but staying open for posted hours without blowing people off would be nice. Lost a customer must have been worth it. I liked the dog!!

I looked over the reviews before taking my lawn mower to this company. I thought it was safe. I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to repair. I have been trying to call the business for three days. The line is always busy. I emailed the company, was told I would get a call yesterday...NO call came! The cost for repair is too high for this complete lack of service! When they finally returned my call, they increased the price way more than the original quote. Days after their call and still do not have my mower!!!!

I received bad customer service with these guys. They tried to strong arm me into spending a lot more $ on services I didnt want. Then the quote I received was about double what I paid for the same service 2 years ago. When I tried to gently raise a concern regarding their sales tactics, and how it felt dishonest, I was lectured and denigrated. No customer should ever be disrespected that way. I would not recommend this place.

I took the lawnmower their for them to talk by the way we are 4 weeks out. That would have been smart to mention over the phone instead of wasting my time going up there.????
