This place is THE BEST. I picked it because of its great reviews. It’s a husband and wife team who have been in this location for a long time. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was the lowest of all the places I called. I hadn’t used the lawn mower in 15 years and it came back looking and working like new. They could have told me anything but they stuck with the price quoted and they were HONEST. They also had it ready in TWO DAYS, as promised. A lot of the other places were three weeks out. Use ACME. You’ll be happy that you did.

Ive called a few places but the lady here that answered was very professional. Its a small unassuming place with a feel of family business. Meeting the lady from call was even better. She actually got my snowblower started just by gas up. Up front about $50 deposit. If I choose to have it repaired deposit will go towards bill. If not service fee is $20 & Ill get $30 back. I went to Mr Mower on Greenfield near my house and he never even looked at my snowblower and said it would be over $100 to repair, mind you I left immediately. Id drive 9 miles away again to Acme Id give them 5 stars but Im waiting on a call back. Thanks!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable in all they’re repairing, I took 2 snow blowers and was able to get them right back when they promised a 50 dollar deposit and then the cost of repairs one was 26 other was 76 not bad for 2 the staff even stayed late so I could pick them up . Got them back in one day considering everyone rush doing the same thing at last minute. Thanks

Very fast service/turn around. Patronage was on the high side due to last night snow storm but the 6 staff in the shop got the job done fast, unlike one-man service shops. They helped me unload and re-load the beast snow blower from/onto my truck with smiles so I give them 15 out of 5. Staff very knowledgeable of small engines and friendly. Price lists posted on the wall - fair game. Will go back again.

I was lucky enough to purchase an almost brand new electric snow blower for less than 1/2 price. Michigan hasnt had much snow this season but the two times I used the snowblower I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent place to purchase gently used items.

Good place to go for lawnmower service. The employees all seem very knowledgable about lawnmowers (as well as other yard eqipment from weedwackers to snowblowers). Once I took my mower by for advice (was running but not well), and it turned out only to need a little $3 screw, the nice lady technician told me this and sold me the screw instead of having me leave it for a service call that would have cost $50 at least. So its a very honest type of place. I go in quite often to get my blades sharpened (which they do for $8 while you wait 5 minutes).P.S. Getting your blade sharpened is always WELL worth it!

This place is the bomb... Were having 2-6 inches of snow today.. I just dropped my blower off at..11am... They was done at 2pm no b.s.. and was cheap... I just got back from the chiropractor today .. they are life savers !😇👼😇

Good price of good service for your lawn mowers and appliances

I tried to fix my lawn mower, and it did not get fixed. Two trips and $67.41 down the drain. Lawn mower started after I brought back from the shop, and it never started again. The staff was very friendly, however, my lawn mower never worked again. Very disappointed.

Took my mower up here to get the spark plug replaced.. they did it with mo problem for free. Also purchased mower oil. Got home freaking mower still won’t start. Taking it back tomorrow for a full check up & repair.

But my Toro snowblower in to be repaired wasnt throwing snow as it should engine was running fine the gentleman replace two of my paddles and the scraper bar I dont know what model he put on my machine but for some reason is not leveling out and its not running at an even keel its like Im doing more work pushing it the anyting the scraper bar came off one so I take it back they did replace it with the machine is still not setup right I even asked the gentleman and the lady in the front if they put the wrong scraper bar or paddles on the machine she assured me they didnt and Im still having problems with the same snowblower

Got a great deal on a Honda generator it ran a little rough I took it back a couple times and they kept getting it better now its perfect ran great for a year no problems, A+++
