I am beyond impressed with the way in which my property was cleaned. Although I am out of state, I was informed about their progress and extremely satisfied with the final results. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning service.

If I could give this business less than this 1 star, I would. I am so incredibly disappointed in the service that they provided me and my fiancee. We were relocating to the area and needed the house we were moving into, that had been sitting vacant for 2 years, deep cleaned before our arrival. My fiancee asked them to mop all the floors, clean the baseboards, inside cabinets/drawers, bathtub, sinks etc. A deep clean was what we thought we were receiving. Upon arrival at the home a few days later, we learned that this is not what we paid for. It seems as though only spot areas were cleaned. The baseboards hadnt been touched and the drawers were full of trash. I just finished mopping the kitchen floor and the amount of dirt in that mop bucket was insane! There is absolutely NO way that this company even went over the floor once. I found old pieces of food, rubber bands and miscellaneous debris that would have been picked up had they performed the service we paid for. I could go on about other frustrations but I feel like Ive said enough. I, unfortunately, would not recommend them to anyone.

I hired Jay to clean the home of an elderly couple who are both battling health issues. The wife told me that Jay and the crew were very professional and kind and did a very good job cleaning. She said she would definitely have them come again to her home. Jay was very considerate and respectful of their home. He wanted to make sure they were pleased with the results. I will be hiring Jay and his crew again.

Rob, who came to do a deep clean, was very nice and it was very helpful to have his services ahead of a guest arriving and after a long pandemic year with no professional cleaning in our 1bedroom apartment. With two cats, there was a lot of hair to clean in every nook and cranny. The fabric furniture was vacuumed very effectively and the glass shower doors were made sparkling clean. He wiped down most surfaces In the apartment and did a thorough mopping. They had to cancel the appointment twice, first because another job interfered and second because there was a family emergency emergency, but came through the following day.

Great people to work with! Detail oriented, and they understand big detroit houses and historic homes like nobody else! Very responsive, enthusiastic and professional service. Went out of their way to make themselves available on short notice, and were very accommodating with scheduling. We have a large house, and they made themselves available to look at it in person to give an accurate quote and discuss the specifics of our job. Excellent communication throughout! A Detroit owned company, employing Detroiters, with outstanding customer service. You cant go wrong with Royal.

These guys did great. They were very responsive to my request and listened to specific directions around which areas needed extra attention. They completed a cleanup of a property which had been vacant for at least 7 months so that it was tenant ready. I would recommend them and use them again.

Royal cleaning was outstanding. Cleaned our flooded basement beautifully. They were very fast and efficient. I will definitely call them next time.

They were supposed to be here 30 minutes ago, no call no text no reply to my text or answering my phones. I guess their quality has gone down and they may not be very reliable. Look elsewhere if you actually want service. What is worse they now have my address. A bit worried, not worth the stress.: UPDATE: 2hr 28m later I did get a text that said they were in a car accident and a guy ran a red light. I was then told that my review was wrong. I explained at the time I wrote it, that it was no. I was asked to changed my review. Then I gave them a chance to come out and do the service and they declined, which is fine, other than I dont feel it was very professionally handled. Sadly my rating still stands as I have nothing to base it off of other than poor communications and handling of the situation. I do empathize with the car accident and that is never easy nor fun and I do pray everyone is OK. I just wish the follow up had been handled better and the service could have been rescheduled, as now I have to start from scratch again.

Horrible! First there was late, they came with no Equipment in a small grey car, and did half the job I had to finish myself because they was scared of some bee’s. They didn’t mop like we discussed it was just all bad from jump! Don’t go with them they don’t have they stuff together.

Great service. I called them on Wednesday as i had some guests coming in this weekend. They responded within 10 mins, provided very reasonable quote for the deep carpet cleaning and were able to accommodate my request. Jay came on Thursday morning, did a deep carpet cleaning. He was very nice, did an awesome job at cleaning and made my apartment looked like brand new.So happy with the service and i would highly recommend!!!

I called Jay to do a full house cleaning for a rental property I own that was in absolutely terrible shape. Within 4 to 6 hours he had the place in better shape than I could have imagined. In addition to the typical cleaning he and his team had to discard rooms of debris. Incredible job done by his team. The price was also very competitive. The work done was so outstanding I felt driven to add an additional 25% to what he had quoted to complete the job. Would definitely use RCT again.

Am very happy with the deep cleaning I just had done from The Royal Cleaning Team ! I am a clean freak with high standards and just moved into a condo (which was clean, just used) that I wanted brand-new sparkling clean, no evidence of dirt or grime.They came to the rescue and got into every single one of the corners of my windows, bleached my fridge, cleaned out the rubber from my fridge door, cleaning hardened grease off my cabinets and ceiling, cleaned the edges of the sink and range, and cleaned the grime out and around all drains, will definitely hire them again for my cleaning needsThank you!!!
