I had an appointment scheduled for last Friday. No call no show! I sent an email no response and then I called with still no answer. I couldn’t even leave a voicemail. What’s the point of an email confirmation and text message but still no one shows up? That is not good customer service nor good business. SMH

The Deep Clean Kings is the best way to go for Carpet/ Upholstery cleaning! Their response has always been quick! They have come out for same day appointments! I have had my white rug cleaned a few times and it is always exceptionally clean! The cleaning fragrance is awesome and leaves a fresh scent in the home even days after! Very professional and reliable. Will continue to use them for all my services in the future!!

I had booked a cleaning for my day off, and I received multiple confirmation emails and texts confirming appointment. When they didnt show up, I called them only to be hastily dismissed and hung up on without a return call. Would not recommend if youre looking for reliable service.

DISHONEST and NOT THOROUGH! Lacks integrity, professionalism, and does not do an honest job for the money and takes your money.I just bought a new house and asked for a deep clean. The house is completely empty and in relatively clean condition to start. As you can see in the pictures, the manager first said $300 for 4 hours deep clean. We gave $50 down and then he asked for another $300, because it took about 4.5 hrs.I did not keep track of time, I assumed the worker would finish the job in 4 hrs considering it was a COMPLETELY EMPTY house. He then charged ~$280 + $50 deposit which I agreed to since I didnt want to argue and would have respected an honest job.After reviewing the work (images + many more things I didnt have the time to take pics of) it is clear the work was either lazy, not thorough, or rushed. This is surprising considering the house was COMPLETELY EMPTY and took a little over 4 hours to do. I dont understand how this is professional or honest.I had to use MY OWN EQUIPMENT and clean up on my own to fix everything. I requested $100 back for the dishonest job and having to do my own cleaning despite hiring professional cleaners who are called deep clean kings.The owner PERSISTED ON NOT giving me any money back, and instead offered my a voucher. This is despite telling him multiple times I did not trust his services anymore and had to clean everything they missed myself. He did not listen to me explaining to him that it would take time out of my day and busy schedule with kids and work, to keep my doors open and allow them to do the job again that they should have done correctly the first time.I even told him I didnt want any more money or less, just $100 for money they did not earn, but took dishonestly with an incomplete job, my waste of time, and resources.HE DID NOT ANSWER.

Their mailbox is full so I cant get ahold of them to inform them their customers are calling me instead of their business because my number is being used for this business somewhere😭. Please fix this issue so the calls can stop, one JUST occurred a moment ago.

Update to my previous post.... the owner was very receptive to my complaints and made a good effort to try and fix the issues. All of the issues could have been prevented and I hope the company uses this as a learning and growing experience. I won’t be using them again but if you want to give them a try ask that the owner comes out himself to perform the work. He was very professional and apologetic.

Excellent service at my home on the Detroit golf course. The hard woods throughout were deep cleaned—cleaner than when we moved in! And every bathroom and the kitchen was spotless as well. They moved furniture, vacuumed, dusted, scrubbed everything—not a surface clean but worth every penny. They worked as a team very efficiently and were friendly and professional and wanted me to walk through every room to make sure I was happy before they left.

Sub par cleaning job on an empty house overall arrived late poor floor cleaning would not recommend at all.

They fit me in SAME DAY on a FRIDAY NIGHT with little advance notice for my move in cleaning service. Very professional job and demeanor. Even moved the stove to clean the side and underneath it from the previous owners. Highly recommend. They charge by the hour but bring 2 people to work efficiently. Highly recommend these guys!

Very bad experience the owner or the main guy who answer the phone acted so confident I thought I m getting the best service First they showed up 2 hours late from the original appointment not equipped not having any professional appearance no company logo neither business card I have several restaurants and I was planing to give them more business but no way and stay away I will be sharing my experience with every local business owner I know. One of the 2 cleaner he told sorry we did not bring with us the correct equipment and the owner called saying if you want us to come back is more money

EDIT:LOL you guys are really funny. No record of my name? I have a receipt of my service from you guys. Such liars.They left many spots dirty and did not do a proper job cleaning. My husband and I had to go back and clean things ourselves. On top of that, they didn’t bother giving us $100 back due to their poor service in cleaning when we gave a fair reasoning. I understand that businesses need to be paid for their time, but what about OUR time? They value making extra coin over customer satisfaction and them not refunding a portion of our money shows it. I have an elderly loved one that had an accident in the bathroom. I called for an emergency appointment and the guys came right on time. They did an amazing job, they were quick and I couldn’t be happier. Very polite and very professional.

This company is a pure blessing very professional and they guys the send have top notch attitudes I’d recommend deep clean kings to any of my friends or family I’m definitely a customer for life thanks you so much it was no way I was getting my wife to move in to our new project home without you guys!!!

Stay away bad service we just used them yesterday they mislead you by acting professional on the phone and send you text receipt they showed up with no equipment unprofessional and they don’t know what the doing one of the cleaner even told me sorry our boss just told us to go there and make the best out of it Stay Away !
