We prepaid in Nigeria through KLM but Delta said that we did not pay. No airline offers or allows Collect or COD in Nigeria. Every Cargo service is prepaid. Even AWB said prepaid. It was so nerve recking get our catgo. They kept asking us to use a broker like they make money from the broker.

HORRIBLE!! Every time I try to ship aPuppy- Yhe worker stand behind the counters, talking, or Cell phone (?) games? One time I was told to go home!!! 2.5 hours away one way! Why? Because they FAILED to do their jobs!When they eventually pay some attention to the angry customers, They play around with the straps of the kennels- pole with the paperwork- I watched a worker laying across the coffin he wheeled out.he was most likely exhausted from wheeling the coughing out 10 feet. Probably the most work he’s done in months. I absolutely dread this place. I would prefer Flint any day over Detroit. It’s also very dirty there. I have photos too! Unfortunately I don’t know how to post them.

Thankful for their amazing and wonderful staff. They are always very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Shipping out or receiving cargo has been quite easy. I used to have people warn me about what a nightmare it was but with such helpful employees it has never been a problem. Thank your staff delta!!!

I had a great experience in their shipping dept. I picked up at 11pm. I was sent straight to a dock and it only took 20 mins to get loaded. You have to wait inside but they move quick.

Been here for an hour and still havent been helped unloading a single skid out of my van. Employees are sitting around on their phones while multiple people are waiting for a single employee to unload a semi trailer. I would have posted another picture of 2 other employees having a conversation for over 30 minutes, but they were on the other side of the warehouse.

New staff, friendly & helpful. Quick service. Puppy arrived safe & sound right on time. Weve shipped our Australian Shepherds with Delta since they merged with Northwest without incident.

Fast and friendly

First time flying with my dog to get home quick for a family emergency. Was pretty worried about the whole ordeal with everything in the news the last few months with airlines and dogs. I usually fly United but they wanted me to jump through way too many hoops and have everything done 10 days prior to my flight which wasnt a possibility due to the emergency, so I tried Delta.Super easy and all I really had to do was get a health certificate from the vet. We were supposed to be on the same flight, but when I went to check him in (hes a 80lb Golden retriever) they wouldnt let him fly with me because it was 85 degrees in Detroit in the summer (a little ridiculous but better safe than sorry) so he was on the next flight 2 hours later. Wound up having to sit at the pickup at Detroit for a while waiting for him, and it was fairly expensive... But overall for a last minute emergency flight home it was pretty painless and everyone was super helpful and friendly and took good care of my dog.

One of the worst places i have ever visited. Staff treats u like ur homeless and asking for food or something. Long long wait time, checked in at 1pm and checked out by 8:40pm

Worst place ever. No customer service. Lack of workers. Need to speed up everything or else people are going to ditch delta

If you are a truck driver dont come here. The wait is very long and they will stop loading you to help other people with small loads. The longest ive been stuck here was 4 and a half hrs

So when you deliver here in the middle of the night because of your appointment you need to wait behind other trucks in the line instead of sleeping or taking a nap cos you are a truck driver and no one respects you. They can easily solve this by calling drivers when its their turn but as i said who cares about us.

They got my dogs from CA to MI safe and sound and were really helpful every step of the way.

The 2 stars are for the 2 kind staff members I met, but the rest of the experience was awful!! There is no communication in what is actually needed to send a pet. I was told I had everything in order (over the phone) and drove 2 hours one way to send a pup and had to drive all the way back with the puppy because they said I didnt have all of the paperwork I needed. Do not believe the info online. And if you have never flown a pet via delta, just dont. No body has their info straight!!

Holy Cow... sitting in line now for going on 25 minutes, and literally no one is at the counters. 20 people walking around - no one says anything to the lot of us standing here.Hire a few clerks at X-Mas Time - this is totally ridiculous
