The Synergy team are 2 for 2 with providing me with great opportunities. The first company I really enjoyed my time at and learned a lot in the 3 years I was there. In the end I simply outgrew them. Now theyve helped me take the next step in my career which has also been a great fit.

I had the pleasure of working with Synergy on my current job. They were great to work with from the very first phone call to my transition date. I had previously worked with other agencies in the past and Synergy was a breath of fresh air. My only red flag was the parking at their office but it was at the same time as a Tigers game. I recommend using them when seeking new employment!

Great staffing place.. They found me a job in one day..I went in the job did my part and now Im hired in.. Havent had no problems in my pay.. Got paid on time.. The only temp service i know that call and check up on you to see how you are doing at the job.. I truly recommend this temp service to everybody..

Applied for a position through indeed and received a response back on the same day (Monday), saying that they wanted to setup an interview ASAP (they were urgently looking to identify a candidate). I was out of town so there was a time difference and therefore I did not receive the response until later that evening. I followed up as quickly as possible with details of my schedule and informed them of the time difference.I did not hear back the next two days at all!... The following day I called the office several times but couldnt get anyone to answer the phone so I sent a follow up email directly to Michael Rea, expressing my continued interest in the role and my willingness to get an interview scheduled.The next day, now Thursday, Michael responded stating that he would give me a call some time today. I thought it was odd and a little unprofessional that he did not specifically set a time to do so but I truly was excited about the position. What if he were to call while Im in the middle of doing something? So I stayed home from work (I was on a business trip/family vacation) to be available for the call....and you guessed it, NO call!So the next day, Friday, my enthusiasm for the position was STILL quite high so I decided to just call Michaels desk phone directly (which I would never do in any other circumstance). He answered! I told him who I was and reminded him of the fact that he was suppose to contact me the previous day and didnt. I told him I was not trying to ambush him but really just wanted to get something scheduled again. He told me to call him anytime after 2:15 EST. Yes, I had to call HIM for my interview, that I had to work to get setup, with no set time to do so!? I take an early lunch and began to prepare for the call. I called him at 2:30 EST on the dot and my call was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail saying that I was on lunch and really only had another 30 minutes to chat before I needed to go back to work.....He finally called me about 2 hours later while I was in the middle of a meeting....I sent him a follow up email AND voicemail stating that I apologized for the mishap and that I was STILL interested in the position...never got a reply. I called the front desk on the following Tuesday and front desk person told me she would pass along my message to him.NEVER HEARD BACK!!! I was never rude, unprofessional, or unwilling to corporate. I deserved that job but I didnt deserve the run around.

Unprofessional staffing place. I have 5 years of Quality experiences with a 2 year college and still couldnt get a job through them. I will recommend anyone not to go there and waste any of your time. Go to Express professional pros staffing services much better.

Are the recruiters supposed to ask you for your social security number over the phone? I dont trust that.

They have no type of communication whatsoever! I applied to jobs and called the office but never answered the phone. I never get any feedback about jobs. If you are contacted by recruiters dont answer and run for the hills because you will never ever get a job.
