I was simply testing the water first when I first called them. To my surprise, they responded to me immediately and have provided me with a sample quote. They asked me the best time to conduct the inspection. Since the inspection is free from charges, I decided to give it a go. I gave them a date and they were happy to visit me on the agreed date. They have video inspection that allows them to inspect every nook and cranny of my fireplace. After the inspection, they told me the fixes that they need to do, and they provide me with a more accurate written estimate. I was so surprise on how professional they deal with their customers. And I can’t be happier with the result of their job. I am just glad that I decided to hire them for this work.

Total waste of time they overquoted thier capacity they will jump on minor job and pull out we are staying in south detroit BS

Our damper was not functional, and we thought that it needs a thorough cleaning. They were fabulous. They called me the day before the scheduled date to confirm my appointment. They came just on time. They inspect not only my damper and told me that it is still working. It simply needs a push to close. They only perform a quick sweeping. I was happy to receive a professional and honest service. They only charged me with the service fee. It is no surprising why most of their clients are loyal to them.

The job went well. They gave me a credit since they had to reschedule my appointment. They have covered the entire working area and clean the chimney. Ive never remember having a chimney that clean. I also asked them to go up on our roof to have the chimney inspected on that area. It was an excellent job.
