No Show!Was sent an estimate that was outrageous. How can an estimate be given when you dont show up to see what needed to be done.🤔😒

Barry and his crew did a terrific job with my patio and chimney .I trusted them with 2 large projects and they came through with flying colors I am extremely happy with the workmanship the crews were true professionals. I called to get an estimate for brickwork on my porch and some bricks on the back of my house, they said someone could come out on Friday between 11am-1pm. Friday comes and I called them at about 2pm to see what was going on and she said he might have knocked and if no answer left a card in the door, I told her he couldnt have done that because for one I asked for him to call first because I have dogs in the back yard and that is where one of the jobs I wanted an estimate for was located and also my porch is destroyed and he wouldnt have been able to get to my door because of the porch and that is the other job I wanted an estimate for, so she told me she would call him and see what happened. She didnt call back, I had to call her Saturday morning and she told me he saw a guy standing around and didnt feel comfortable getting out the car! He should have called in the first place like I asked and when you google brick repair their address is in the hood in Detroit on Bostwick, if you are going to have stipulations dont advertise you are in Detroit and call to comfirm my appointment from a Flat Rock, Michigan phone number and act like it was a problem to pick up and call the customer of you felt uncomfortable, my street is a nice quiet street, I feel like they are racist at the most part!! DONT USE THEM!! THEY ADVERTISE THEY ARE IN DETROIT BUT SCARED AT 11am-1pm TO COME GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE IF SOMEONE IS STANDING AROUND, LOST A BIG JOB BECAUSE THEY COULDNT CALL LIKE I ASKED THEM TO DO!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
