Great experience from start to finish. Eddie the owner was great. He came saw what we needed and sent his technician out to perfectly install our carpet. The technician was fast and efficient.☺☺☺

Dont even think about it, the carpet man came on a 6/23/17 and installed the carpet and it looked nice at first but later 6/27/17 I kept stepping in a hole about 24 in long and 1 inch wide so I called the owner on 6/28/17 explaining the problem and he said someone would call me back before the day is over, never happened. I called back again on 6/29/17 and the owner told me someone would be coming out 6/30/17 between 4-5, okay cool! 6/30/17 I called the owner to make sure they were coming out HE DIDNT ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK, I called another number on the receipt and the guy who actually installed the carpet answered and I asked were they still coming today and he said yeah, let me call the owner( He had no problems reaching him) he said hed call me back, he did but said he couldnt come fix it today and asked me what was wrong with it I told him I am stepping on old carpet padding under the new he didnt get up because theres a knot when you walk on it and the carpet is missing padding in one section and he said it couldnt and I said it could because every time I go to walk downstairs I step in a section without padding, if it was paddings there my foot wouldnt be going down in a hole, the carpet installer said the owner called him this morning (6/30/17) and told him to call me, never telling him why. So he went on to tell me he was in port huron doing another job if I really wanted him to check it out he could come at 2 in the morning or 12 midnight, I Told him he would not be at my house at those hours doing anything, I told him his job in port huron has nothing to do with me and the owner told me someone would come today between 4-5 or he should send some else if he knows you are busy I asked him does the owner have other employees he said yes, but the owner didnt send anyone else . Dont waste your time and money call someone else, whats the difference between you and I, I already paid for trouble you can avoid it!!!! UPDATE the installer came back 7/1/17 to fix the carpet( the owner never called me back) so I showed him were the problem was so he pulled up the carpet and he said the padding had moved and he asked me did we move some furniture, I told him no but if we did why would the padding be MOVING, Ill tell you why he didnt staple the padding down when he installed the carpet, so he then put a thousand staples in it. He didnt staple the padding down priceless!!!
