Great customer service. The cleaning service was very detailed and thorough. No strong chemical odors. I literally didnt smell anything but fresh and clean air. They even cleaned inside my oven! I recommend this company and now Im a lifelong customer.

Blueface was really professional and thorough. The place looked really good afterwards. They took a boat load of photos so that I, a remote landlord, could see the details of the work they had done. Their payment and reservation systems are also very user friendly and convenient. I plan on using them again. Highly recommend.

The owner, Kumasi Rayford, is not an upstanding member of the small business community. He has shown himself to be above federal guidelines or any other form of reproach. He is chauvinistic and posses zero business acumen. Rayford lacks entry- level professionalism and reacts with low emotional intelligence to concerns. Buyer beware.This person results to fantastic lies to maintain a positive public persona, which why their response is so lengthy & my character is attacked.

They did good work. My house was clean. It was vacant and not all that dirty to begin with, but it was satisfactory. There were a few items I thought could’ve been cleaned better, one of my toilets still had major mildew stains and the cleaners also somehow unplugged my refrigerator overnight. The next day there was water all over my kitchen floor. Also, they informed me that they would not be able to move my oven to clean underneath, which is understandable, but they failed to even attempt to sweep underneath it, which would not have required much effort. Also, I had no idea someone was coming to my home an hour early to do an inspection, i think that should be communicated to customers before the appointment. So, I would hire them again for a basic cleaning, but probably not again for a deep cleaning.
