Big Game James that cuts in the first chair is very professional. When you schedule an appointment with him he’s there not walking in or you calling him. He is considerate of your time. He caters to you. If possible you want the same day and time every week he will honor that. If you need a cut sooner he will work with you.Big Game James keeps his station neat and clean. This is a great barbershop. In my personal experience, all of the barbers are professional, friendly, and have great customer service. The overall environment of the shop is pretty chill. I currently get my haircut by Biggame James in the first chair closest to the door and he takes his time and gets the job done well every time. Great dude, excellent barber. After moving to Detroit a few years ago, took me quite a while to find the right barber here (tried out seven different barbers prior). Luckily, I found Biggame James in the first chair whos very professional, by appointment only, always on-time, and cuts are on point. Very hard to find a barber like that in Detroit when youre on a tight schedule and not trying to spend your entire day sitting around in a barbershop waiting. Highly recommend doing business with him - you will not be disappointed.

Biggame James (1st chair) has been my Barber for years. I followed him to Detroit Kutz from his previous spot (G*****S) and he is still the best in town. When the State shut down All shops I was hurt, but once he was back in business I was back on track and sharp as a tack. Js the man the best in the land.

He practices sanitization and cleanliness at all times before and after each client. Lastly, I am always satisfied with my sons haircut. Barber James....Very unprofessional.How do you have people make appointments, and then they still in your shop 2 hours later waiting to get a cut..... this has happened to my son on more than one occasion..... I think youre taking advantage of my son cause hes disabled, you gone do him any kind of way....it doesnt matter if other people were there first.Dont make an appointment for a certain time then. Thats the whole purpose of MAKING AN APPOINTMENT!!!!Then play dumb like you dont remember me making the appointment with you.....My son will not be back to that shop
