Overall we had a good time. However, the booking and payment system in place, could use some work. I thought I had booked, but when we got there we were informed that our reservation was pending. She looked and luckily there were enough spots for the two of us. The lady who helped us was very nice and helpful and told us that this happens a lot. Obviously, it’s not all user error. The snorkeling was fun, the shelling could have been better, we didn’t find anything. Everyone that we came into contact with that worked there were all pleasant and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

We had the BEST time on our snorkeling adventure. Matt and Mark made sure we had fun and that we were safe. It was only 60 degrees but the water temp was still 80. We saw lots of fish on the first stop and found several sea shells on our second stop. We will definitely do this again!

My group of 7 went on the snorkeling and shelling excursion.. it was so fun!we saw some amazing fish and found tons of shells. aside from it being a trip highlight, reserving was super easy, got a text with timing and where to go, and the staff was so friendly. we try to do something new each trip to destin but this will definitely be a repeat. thanks so much!

Great experience snorkeling and shelling, the only thing I wish we had more of was time! Very informative, made the experience wonderful especially with a six year old first time snorkeler in tow. Would highly recommend.

Good rental equipment. Our trip had a family of deaf people and the staff was incredibly informative. They went well out of their way to include everyone and ensure everyone had the same great experience. I’ll be back.

We had fun on this excursion but were a little disappointed by the spots we went to. I really could have just snorkled from the beach and saved a lot of money. Crew was friendly and helpful though. Check in was easy. It is family friendly if you are planning on taking little ones.

Perfect for family fun. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The experience was amazing and my 5 kids from 6-19 all had a blast. Very highly recommended.

With the rain our excursion got postponed, but they were very accommodating. When we did go we got a little extended time because everyone arrived early, so the crew launched 15 minutes early. Best part was that the excursions didnt feel rushed. We had plenty of time to enjoy both spots. I will also say that the equipment that they have is better than what I have seen on many other excursions i have taken over the years. I have my own, but my friend did not have hers. Their equipment allowed you to dive and their flippers were strapped instead of full shoes. It really makes a difference in my opinion. I would make this trip again with these guys.

This is Tom, Sierra’s dad. My wife, two kids and I had a GREAT time! Captain Jack handled the boat with great expertise and the First Mate Matt was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the area. Matt is also a Veteran and it was an honor to have him as our guide. I wish we could have spent more time on the snorkeling excursion but I understand the time constraints of keeping a schedule. We had to reschedule the excursion twice because of rough weather and surf conditions. The company was very accommodating and honest and we were able to have a very exciting experience!

This place was awesome! We booked two days before on our vacation and it was the best experience. If you like snorkeling and looking for cool shells this would be a great experience for you!!!

We went on an early bird snorkeling trip with Mark and Kimby. They did an excellent job showing us around. We saw some cool fish and grabbed some cool shells.

I went snorkeling and parasailing had a blast at both. Captain Mark and his deckhand was a pleasure to be with on the snorkeling adventure Captain Lee and his deckhand was also a pleasure to be with parasailing! both crews was very professional and made sure the trip was fun and both was big on safety going over all the equipment and everything I will definitely be back next time !!!!

My Wife and Son and I had a terrific time taking the snorkeling and shelling boat trip on April 2, 2021. Captain Lee and Captain Matt were excellent in providing an exciting and memorable trip to snorkel the emerald waters and locate areas where we could gather empty shells. They were knowledgeable and were very friendly to all the families aboard, not to mention very funny. Certainly recommend this adventure company to anyone.

We scheduled the 2 stop snorkeling experience. We went to the first stop to look for shells snd found several. Unfortunately the anchor broke at the snorkeling spot and we had to return to the dock. They offered a 50% refund or to re-book. We re-booked the next day and got a 2 stop experience again. Went snorkeling first and current was super strong. They told us exactly where to go snd not go. Deck hand stayed in water to make sure we didn’t pass the no go zone. Felt very safe.

It was fun but our children were not as entertained as we expected. Staff was friendly and the weather was good.

The Captain and crew were awesome, answered any questions or concerns, very informative, actually acted like they like their jobs and enjoy doing it. Will definitely be back again.

What a great time. The staff were friendly from the moment I called to make a reservation until the moment we got off the boat. What a great pair the Captain and his mate were. Ive never parasailed in my life (and Im no spring chicken) but they really put my mind at ease. Highly recommend this adventure. Youll never forget it!

Very nice experience, the guides were very friendly and down to earth they explained everything in detail answered any and all questions they even allowed for the babies to come ( although they stayed in the boat) 2 car seats and 2 toddlers they were well organized and very patient we went to 2 locations both were great although the water was cold everyone had a good time..great job guys.they provided clean and sterile snorkel equipment even offered flippers. Would definitely book with them again

We had a great time with James & Matt after we finally got on the boat. The adventure was perfect. We saw sharks on the way out, we snorkeled & then went to another location for shell hunting &found some beautiful shells. I just wish the beginning of the excursion wouldnt been as nice. We got a call the morning of our planned trip out to snorkel to say they didnt have enough people so they were going to cancel our trip & rebook us for the following day. We already had other things booked so I was put on hold & then told that the excursion would still happen but on a smaller boat...perfectly fine with us! Except when we got there 30 mins before our excursion, we were told the boat left already with the other guests on it because in the computer, it showed us as canceled. So we drove 30 mins to the place only to be told we no longer had a snorkeling trip again. Then we were offered an excursion the following day but at 8 am when we had other things to do. We were finally squeezed in to an 1130 trip the following day & drove the 30 mins back to our hotel... only to do it all again the following day. Luckily for us, James & Matt saved the whole trip for us & we had an absolutely great time. My only suggestion would be to call them before you head there to make sure you have a reservation!

Nice ride though the bay. Clarity wasn’t too good for snorkeling but the crew can’t control Mother Nature.Props to JJ for shuttling us over to the correct check-in facility; the emailed directions were incorrect.

As advertised we did two stops one snorkeling one shell collecting so meeting the mark I gave 2 stars. The first stop was about 1hr 30min the second was about 20 min.Where we begin to loose some credibility points was when I realized we were being taken out to the east jetty where anyone could easily park and walk out to for our snorkeling portion. The second stop was Eglins beach access on the bay side.So not worth the 60 a person we paid there for sure.It would have been fine and probably would gave it more stars because the checkin was easy and the deckhand recently from St Thomas was very helpful.However, we were briefed that going on the other side of the jetty at stop one was ok which is where my son and I went to get away from the crowd. When we heard 3 horn blasts from our boat we climbed over and were walking to the boat when the captain started yelling for us to “hurry up” and waiving his arms.Not an normally an issue if:1. We weren’t already walking straight at the boat which he clearly saw us doing.2. If we were maybe the last people not on board (at that time there were still about 15 people lined up in 3ft of water waiting to board).3.if we were your dogs, kids, or an employee.We paid good money to take a trip to spots that barely burnt any fuel and can be reached by foot. You don’t own your customers and if they are complying with the pre briefed procedures you don’t need to yell at us. If you wanted your customers to get in the boat earlier sound the horn earlier don’t treat them like they owe you a beach run to your vessel.

Its the first Florida snorkeling trip Ive taken and felt right at home with the boat crew

We had a blast even though the water was cold! The Captain and his mate were very friendly it was an overall fun trip. The only thing that stinks I. When you think of snorkeling you hope to see some bigger fish and maybe a dolphin while in the water. We got to see lil bitty fish, crab and hermit crabs.

Our guides were professional, informative, and fun. My daughter had a blast! Great experience!

Snorkeling on an overcrowded public beach, not my idea of a snorkeling trip - and hunting for sea shells at the second location that had clearly been purchased at a cheap souvenir shop and then planted there, not cool … don’t waste your money :/

I was disappointed with the location of the snorkeling and shelling trip, water was green and murky and way too many other people and boats, snorkeling in Florida was nothing compared to Cancun.

The pictures are falsely advertised, the water was more swampy than crystal blue. Not worth the money and we got 2nd half off. Definitely was disappointed. We did get to see 4 dolphins for about 2 minutes. The crew was great, boat didnt start on way back, poor kid had to go in a hole and thankfully got it started.

We had a great time and the crew was wonderful. They even took extra time encouraging my 9 year old, who was a little hesitant. Also, the equipment looked new and they were safety conscious. Excellent time and highly recommend!

Snorkeling Destin was a blast with Pelican Adventures on the Harbor. The crew was so fun and helpful and my kids and I loved the whole trip!
