We found GUSU on Facebook while on vacation. Went to their sale and purchased a 12’ board for about 1/2 price.Got it home and in water. What a wonderful board, would buy another.Royce
Terrible service said he wasn’t able to ship the board to my house because he had “to much work to do” and told us that he didn’t get any business, I wonder why.
My wife and I took a trip up to the panhandle to enjoy the beach for a small getaway from the kids for a weekend and decided we would try some paddle boards. Brett was excellent! What an outstanding job he did showing us everything since this was our first time. Easy to learn from, knowledgeable and great customer service! Highly recommend!
We went paddle boarding for the first time ever with Brett at GUSU and couldnt have asked for a better experience. We had a group of 4, my husband and I that are avid runners and active people as well as my in-laws who are in their 60s and reluctant to try. Within 15 minutes of getting in the water, we were all on our way! He chose the perfect spot in the bay since it was everyones first time and even those who were hesitant about going at first were having a blast. With Bretts continued support and guidance, we made it all the way down to a nice little sandbar where we relaxed and took some group photos before enjoying our paddle back. We would come back to paddle with GUSU anytime, it was the best customer service and experience in town, and to top it off, the best price!
Love GUSU Paddlesports! Excellent boards and Excellent Staff! Highly recommend GUSU for all your board, tours, and paddleboard rental needs!
Excellent service. We took a sunset paddle on the bay and had a wonderful time!!
Great place, awesome service, shipped my board to Michigan with no issue. Love it.
We rented 4 paddle boards. The husband and wife were super. No one in our group had ever been on a paddle board. They took the time to make it a fun time.
We Love working with you guys, thank you all so much for all the Great hospitality....
Good place, super nice. Definitely recommend going there for your watersports needs while in Florida!
We were told over the phone earlier in the week that we would be able to paddle board to Crab Island. When we arrived to GUSU, we waited inside no problem, then had to walk across Hwy 98 to get to the boards, again no problem. We were paying with cash, which they knew from speaking to us inside so I would assume they have cash to give back if needed. We paid, needed $10 back in change and he preceeded to tell us Oh I dont carry cash. I feel that is something they should mention up front. After paying, he began telling us the dos and donts. He said we could not go to Crab Island and had to stay on the harbor area. I mentioned that we had been told that yes we could paddle over to Crab Island, he said no, they do not allow that. We had already paid so we paddled 1 hour in the harbor trying to to get hit by big yachts and other boats. We were very disappointed in our experience.
Hands down most profesional around!A must see and do!!!!
